Job Description
■ Background of the Opening
As the driving force behind the Fast Retailing Group’s company-wide transformation and profit growth, the Planning and Management Department serves as the global headquarters and acts as the “treasurer,” providing financial expertise for operations in each country. To build a robust, world-class financial foundation that supports a “global company with 3 trillion yen in revenue,” we are strengthening our organizational structure across all functions.
■Department Overview
The Accounting Team, one of the key teams within the Planning and Management Department, is responsible for accurately and promptly reporting critical information necessary for management decision-making to senior leadership. At the same time, the team is expected to provide advance forecasts based on accounting data and propose solutions to challenges. Team members are active at the Roppongi Headquarters, the Yamaguchi Headquarters, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and in various locations around the world.
■Job Description
We are currently seeking accounting professionals. Specifically, we are looking for candidates to serve as potential leaders in one of the following five areas, driving standardization and transformation:
・General Accounting: Personnel expenses, fixed assets, leases, accounts receivable, transactions with affiliated companies, etc.
・Store-Related Accounting: Sales revenue, cash, rent, credit card receivables, etc.
・Cost Accounting: Cost accounting and results analysis across global markets; implementation of process and cost improvement measures, etc.
・Accounting-related Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
・Invoice and expense reimbursement approval processes
In particular, this recruitment is being conducted to strengthen the Cost Accounting Team and the General Accounting Team.

Qualifications
■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of practical accounting experience, including cost accounting, at a global company with 3,000 or more employees
・Ability to proactively engage others and solve problems
・Strong communication skills
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic functions and beyond)
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in cost accounting at a manufacturing company
・Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
・English proficiency (Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher). This is because the role involves email correspondence and meetings with overseas offices, and there may be opportunities for future overseas assignments. We also welcome candidates who are not yet confident in their English skills for business purposes but are eager to develop them.
・At least 3 years of practical accounting experience, including cost accounting, at a global company with 3,000 or more employees

・Annual Salary Range: 6.72–12.96 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–720,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

・Flexible work schedule
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
