■ Department Overview
As one of the key teams within the Planning and Management Department, the Accounting Team is responsible for accurately and promptly reporting critical information necessary for management decisions. At the same time, the team is expected to provide advance forecasts based on accounting data and propose solutions to challenges. Team members are active not only at the Roppongi and Yamaguchi headquarters and in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but also in various countries around the world.

■Job Description
We are currently recruiting accounting professionals. Specifically, we are seeking candidates to serve as potential leaders in one of the following five areas, driving standardization and transformation:
　・General Accounting: Personnel expenses, fixed assets, leases, accounts receivable, transactions with affiliated companies, etc.
　・Store-Related Accounting: Sales revenue, cash, rent, credit card receivables, etc.
　・Cost Accounting: Cost accounting and results analysis across global markets, implementation of process and cost improvement measures, etc.
　・Accounting-related Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
　・Approval processes for invoices and expense reimbursements

In particular, this recruitment is being conducted to strengthen the Cost Accounting Team and General Accounting Team.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of practical accounting experience, including cost accounting, at a global company with 3,000 or more employees
・Ability to proactively engage others and solve problems
・Strong communication skills
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic functions and beyond)

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in cost accounting at a manufacturing company
・Nippon Shōkai Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
・English proficiency (Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher) This is because the role involves email correspondence and meetings with overseas offices, and there is a possibility of future overseas assignments. We also welcome candidates who are not yet confident in their English skills for business purposes but are eager to acquire them.

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.72–12.96 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–720,000 yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
