We are seeking a candidate who can proactively identify and resolve management challenges while considering the company’s overall profit structure.

■Department Overview
The Data Accuracy Team, which supports the growth of the Fast Retailing Group, manages the flow of merchandise (business processes and systems) from production factories to stores and accurately reports inventory information to management. You will lead efforts to resolve merchandise management issues that arise in daily operations and review business processes and systems to adapt to rapid business changes.

■Job Description
As the Fast Retailing Group’s Head of Merchandise Management, you will be responsible for accelerating global transformations and improvements to ensure accurate management of all company merchandise.
Additionally, your mission will include identifying operational challenges based on communication with frontline teams (stores, warehouses, factories), operational KPIs, management information, and daily inquiries, and driving operational improvements in collaboration with both frontline teams and management.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of practical experience in inventory management at a warehouse or retail company
・Or at least 3 years of experience in business consulting for the warehouse or retail industry at a consulting firm
・English proficiency (ability to communicate in English)

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Microsoft Access (queries, macros, VBA)
・Ability to proactively engage others and solve problems

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.72–12.96 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–720,000 yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.
