Job Description
Background of Recruitment
The Planning & Administration Department is responsible for driving the Fast Retailing Group's company-wide transformation and profit growth, building a solid foundation to become a "global company with sales of 3 trillion yen", and acting as the global headquarters and safekeeper of each country's business. We are looking for a person who will consider the profit structure of the entire company and proactively lead the discovery and resolution of management issues.
Outline of the Department
The Numerical Accuracy Team, which supports the growth of the Fast Retailing Group, manages the flow of merchandise from production plants to stores (business processes and systems) and accurately reports merchandise inventory information to management. The team is responsible for resolving issues that arise in the day-to-day operations of merchandise management, and leading the review of business processes and systems to adapt to drastic business changes.
Job Description
As the person in charge of Fast Retailing Group's merchandise management, you will be responsible for leading the transformation and improvement of the company's merchandise management globally.
The mission is also to identify operational issues based on communication with the field (stores, warehouses, factories), operational KPI, management information, and daily inquiries, and to promote operational improvements in cooperation with the field and management.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in inventory management in a warehouse or retail company.
At least 3 years of experience in warehousing/retail industry consulting at a consulting firm.

Work Condition
Company Name: Fast Retailing Co.
Employment Type: Permanent
Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.2-12.96 million yen (monthly salary: 490,000-720,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
