Job Description

• To build the ultimate customer-centric supply chain, you will work with partner companies to drive the creation of an optimized production system—one that eliminates waste—from strategy formulation through execution.
• We expect you to maximize sales and profits by achieving optimal quality, cost, and delivery times, as well as by leading the development of hit products—including material development in collaboration with material manufacturers. Furthermore, we expect you to implement factory policies that enable not only our company but also our manufacturing partners to grow together, thereby building sustainable partnerships.
• Job Description may change depending on departmental transfers or organizational restructuring, within the scope of duties related to each department at headquarters.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience leading business initiatives while coordinating multiple stakeholders at general trading companies, specialized trading companies, materials manufacturers, apparel manufacturers, sports brands, or similar organizations

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities

• A TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or the ability to communicate in English without difficulty in a business setting

Annual Salary

• Annual Salary Range: 7.84–14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 490,000–830,000 yen)
• Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
• Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
• Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)

*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Working Hours

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position

• Flexible work schedule

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours…6:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Overtime may be required
