Job Description
Background
We are looking for a person who can lead the transformation of production, which is the essence of Fast Retailing's manufacturing, such as UNIQLO, GU, and Theory, to enhance the quality of our products.

Job Description
We will work with our partners from strategic planning to implementation to establish an optimized production system that eliminates wasteful production in order to build the ultimate supply chain system from the customer's point of view.
In addition, we expect you to build sustainable partnerships with our partner companies to realize factory policies that will not only benefit our company, but also help factories grow together with us.
Job Description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental changes and reorganization.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in leading business in a general trading company, specialized trading company, material manufacturer, apparel manufacturer, sports brand, etc. while working with multiple stakeholders.

TOEIC score of 800 or above or the ability to communicate in English without any problem in business

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.84 - 14.94 million yen (monthly salary: 490,000 - 830,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
