・To build the ultimate customer-centric supply chain, you will work with partner companies to drive the creation of an optimized production system that eliminates waste, from strategic planning through to execution.
・We aim to maximize sales and profits by achieving optimal quality, cost, and delivery times, as well as by leading the development of hit products—including material development in collaboration with material manufacturers. Furthermore, we seek to establish sustainable partnerships by implementing factory policies that enable not only our company but also our manufacturing partners to grow together.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading business initiatives while coordinating multiple stakeholders at general trading companies, specialty trading companies, materials manufacturers, apparel manufacturers, sports brands, or similar organizations

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or the ability to communicate in English without difficulty in a business setting

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.84–14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 490,000–830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Flexible work hours, or managerial/supervisory positions
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
