Background of the Position
This position is to lead our supply chain transformation, especially in the area of production logistics (international transportation from the producing country to the selling country), to fundamentally change the old shipping operations, and to build a logistics system to ensure delivery to customers when they want it. We are looking for someone who can continue to take fundamental measures to address various issues related to customs clearance and trade.

Outline of the Department
The Production & Logistics Team of the Global Supply Chain Management Department is responsible for building a series of supply chain systems from production countries (China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, etc.) to sales countries (countries with stores and e-commerce services around the world) to realize our mission of "ensuring that customers have the products they want, when they want them, where they want them, and in the amounts they want them. This department is responsible for creating, upgrading, and streamlining the supply chain from production countries (China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, etc.) to sales countries (countries with stores and e-commerce services worldwide). In order to achieve the business sales plan (delivery of necessary items in necessary quantities at necessary times), nearly 50 members in production countries and Japan plan, review, and execute transportation to sales countries.


■ Job Description
In our supply chain, there are production countries (Vietnam, Bangladesh, China, etc.) and sales countries (countries with stores and e-commerce services around the world), but immediately after joining the company, you will perform a series of import-related tasks for UNIQLO's business in Japan as a sales country.
In order to achieve our goal of becoming a global 10 trillion yen business, we are planning to bring the shipping operations in-house around the world, and we expect you to lead the project to bring the shipping operations in-house, as well as to lead a series of activities from the review and implementation of the system.

■Annual Income
Annual salary range: 7.2 to 11.52 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000 to 640,000 yen)
