In order to achieve this, it is essential to constantly improve and utilize all logistics infrastructure, including building an optimal structure and network across the entire global supply chain, strengthening strategic partnerships, and introducing the world's most advanced automated warehouses. In this position, we are looking for a leader candidate who will be engaged in the construction of an ideal EC delivery service, focusing on the internalization of the delivery function and customer fanning.

Outline of the Department
The goal of this position is to "ensure that customers have the products they want, when they want them, where they want them, and when they want them. The Global Supply Chain Management Department, to which you will be assigned, is working to realize this goal by improving the sophistication and efficiency of the integrated supply chain from production plants to stores to customers. In addition to examining flexible delivery methods, optimizing global delivery routes, and improving the efficiency of trade procedures, the department is also promoting reforms in various areas, including the establishment of a world-class logistics service base centered on the Tokyo Ariake Warehouse and its own operations.

Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and executing new delivery services in the e-commerce business for UNIQLO and all other brands in the group. Specific projects include the following

Leading the solution of social issues such as the labor shortage and the 2024 problem, which will become more serious in the future.
Commercialization of ship-from-store delivery services
Visualization of delivery services (KPI) and problem solving in overseas countries
