■Outline of the Department
The Sustainability Department consists of four teams depending on their functions: Business and Social Problem Solving, Factory Labor Environment Transformation, Global Environmental Management, and Disclosure.

Job Description
This position will be responsible for the following duties in the Disclosure Team.
The team's mission is to enhance corporate value by disseminating correct and comprehensive sustainability-related information to the public, with investors and experts as the main stakeholders. Specifically, the following tasks are envisioned
Appropriate disclosure of information on Fast Retailing's corporate website and various other media

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in any of the following
Experience in a consulting firm
Experience in the area of sustainability at an operating company
Sustainability experience at an investment firm or research firm
Experience in sustainability-related work at international organizations, government ministries and agencies, business organizations, research institutions, NPOs, NGOs, etc.
＜Language skills
English communication skills and work experience (TOEIC score of 800 or above)

■Annual Income
Annual salary range: 672-15.12 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-840,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
