■ Department Overview
The Sustainability Department is organized into four teams based on their functions: Business and Social Issue Resolution, Factory Working Environment Transformation, Global Environmental Management, and Disclosure.

■Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for the following duties within the Disclosure Team.
The team’s mission is to enhance corporate value by accurately and clearly communicating sustainability-related information to key stakeholders, including investors and experts. Additionally, the team supports the integration of external requirements—such as those from regulators, ESG rating agencies, investors, and NGOs—into the company’s management and strategy. Specifically, the role involves the following tasks:
・Appropriate disclosure of information across various media, primarily on Fast Retailing’s corporate website

・Responding to surveys from ESG rating agencies and NGOs, and addressing global disclosure regulations (CSRD/SSBJ)
・Participation in international sustainability conferences and collection of relevant information
・Analysis of regulations and external requirements, and support for incorporating the results into management and strategy

・The Job Description may change depending on departmental transfers and organizational changes, within the scope of duties relevant to each department within the headquarters.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in any of the following
・Work experience at a consulting firm
・Experience in the sustainability field at a business corporation
・Experience in the sustainability field at an investment firm or research firm
・Work experience in sustainability-related roles at international organizations, government agencies, business associations, research institutions, or NPOs/NGOs
<Language Skills>
Ability to communicate in English and practical experience (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is preferred)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7–15 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000–830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.

Flexible work hours, or managerial/supervisory positions

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee

■ Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
