■Department Overview
The Sports Project Team exists to strengthen the co-creation relationship with the UNIQLO brand through collaboration and cooperation with global brand ambassadors*. We are dedicated to spreading the message of LifeWear by advancing numerous projects, including providing apparel to ambassadors, organizing activations, and selling replica products and co-developed items with ambassadors to customers.
We also continuously plan and execute marketing initiatives that leverage sports, including collaborations (sponsorship activities) with leading Japanese sports organizations.

■Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and executing branding and marketing activities in collaboration with our Global Brand Ambassadors, including the development and supply of their apparel, the creation of informational content featuring the ambassadors, and sustainability-related initiatives.
You will lead various projects involving ambassadors and sports, including direct communication with ambassadors and sports organizations, negotiations with partners (including agents), and cooperation and coordination with relevant internal departments.
・The Job Description may change within the scope of duties related to each department of the headquarters due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■ Career Path

・Planning and execution of campaigns for sports categories (e.g., Dry EX, Airism), as well as advertising and promotional strategies

・Planning and development of brand marketing utilizing brand ambassadors

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 8 years of experience in marketing or project management at a manufacturer, advertising agency, or similar organization
・Ability to communicate flexibly and adaptively with diverse stakeholders
・Ability to execute tasks from a marketing perspective
・Business experience in an international environment using English (Guideline: TOEIC score of 800)

■Preferred Experience
・Marketing experience in the sports industry or experience supporting athletes
・Management experience focused on the promotion of talent and artists

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.04 million yen – 13.5 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000 yen – 750,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory positions
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime may apply)

・Supervisors: Based on the working hours of their department, with the decision left to the employee

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which you belong)
