■Department Overview
The Sports Project Team exists to strengthen the co-creation relationship with the UNIQLO brand through cooperation and collaboration with the Global Brand Ambassadors*. The team works to propagate LifeWear through numerous projects, such as providing clothing and activation to the ambassadors, selling replica products and jointly developed products with the ambassadors to customers, and so on.
In addition, we are continuously planning and executing marketing activities utilizing sports, such as collaborations (sponsorships) with Japan's leading sports-related organizations.

■ Job Description
The successful candidate will plan and execute branding and marketing activities in collaboration with ambassadors, including the development and supply of clothing for global brand ambassadors, the development of information content utilizing ambassadors, and sustainability-related activation.
You will lead various projects involving ambassadors and sports, including direct communication with ambassadors and sports-related organizations, negotiations with partners including agents, and cooperation and collaboration with related internal departments.

Planning and execution of campaigns and advertising strategies for the sports category (ex. Dry EX, Air Rhythm)
Development of new products in the sports category
Brand marketing planning and development using ambassadors
Planning and execution of events and other activation activities
Developing (new) global brand ambassadors, contracts, and relationships

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 8 years of experience in marketing and project management at a manufacturer, advertising agency, etc.
Able to communicate flexibly and flexibly with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to work from a marketing perspective
Experience in an international environment with English language skills (TOEIC 800)

■Annual Income
Annual salary range: 7.84 - 13.14 million yen (monthly salary: 490,000 - 730,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
