Job Description

Recruitment Background
In the era of With Corona/After Corona, customers' lifestyles and purchasing styles continue to change dramatically, and we are fundamentally redrawing the value of the Group's real stores and store opening strategies from scratch. We are looking for people who can promote this project with us.

Outline of the department
This position will lead new store openings and store network restructuring for Fast Retailing's brands such as UNIQLO, GU, Theory, etc. in Japan and around the world. The Group's store opening strategy is synonymous with its business growth strategy, and the customer's purchasing experience will vary greatly depending on the location and concept of the store, which is the point of contact with the customer. In turn, we consider how the stores can become social infrastructure in the area and contribute to the development of the town.

Job Description
Establish the ideal global store network plan in conjunction with the mid-term plan for business growth.
Developing store opening strategies, organizational structures, and specific action plans for each country to realize the final store network plan
Negotiate with real estate developers in conjunction with local teams in each country.
Control the number of new store opening projects to achieve the target and manage the progress of the projects.
Review profit/loss and operational status of opened stores, and reconstruct targets for new store openings and scrap-and-build projects

Fast Retailing Group's management strategy and business growth strategy, optimizing the store opening network plan, alliances with landlords and developers, negotiating store opening properties, project management, and store openings, you will be involved in all aspects of store opening operations, from upstream to downstream. Qualifications

Experience in leading corporate/business turnarounds
Experience in leading a large-scale organizational transformation or fundamental strategic change
Experience in business development at an overseas affiliate

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 10.26-17.2 million yen (monthly salary: 576,000-956,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
