Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation of its e-commerce business, moving from being just one of its retail businesses to becoming a core e-commerce business, with the entire world working together to make it a reality. We are looking for a Web Director who can lead our EC business by creating EC sites that are easier to use and more satisfying for our customers.

■About the department
The Global Digital Commerce Department is in charge of the EC business not only in Japan but also globally, and is responsible for everything related to the EC business, including business planning, development, photography, and design.
The Global Ecommerce Business Management Team, to which you will be assigned, will be in charge of global business planning, content creation such as branding content and feature pages, and experience design of e-commerce sites and apps to provide customers with the world's best e-commerce store that conveys LifeWear to them.

Job Description
This position is responsible for creative production of digital content and e-commerce store design, proposing designs from the perspectives of both business strategy and user experience. For example, the position will work with the business unit in charge to create content and EC sales areas, such as pages that attractively convey seasonal collections, EC sales areas that are easy to buy for men and women of all ages, live commerce pages, and expressions of the world view of collaborative products. This is a position where you will lead the direction of UI/UX design and creative production from the upstream.

The following specific duties are expected depending on your experience.
UX scenario creation, site structure design, WF production, and production progress management
Project lead for UIUX improvement, new feature development, etc.
UI/UX improvement based on AB testing
・Improvement of global EC operations based on EC business expansion strategy, collaboration with internal and external teams
Planning, production and improvement of feature sites and microsites, and global expansion
Direction of user research such as user testing and interviews
Access analysis and reporting
Joint projects with external partners and brands

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in web direction
Experience in UI design such as wireframe production
Communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and build relationships with external partners
Knowledge of web production, UI/UX design, web design, and front-end development

■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
Experience in KPI design, access analysis and reporting, and site conversion improvement measures
Project design and management skills
Experience using various creative production tools such as Figma and Adobe CC
Experience and knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and SEO
Experience and knowledge of customer surveys, group interviews, and user testing
Knowledge of apparel and fashion
English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a good rule of thumb. To be used for internal and external meetings and emails)

Annual salary range: 6.56-12.6 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000-700,000 yen)
