Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation of its e-commerce business, moving from being just one of its retail businesses to becoming a core e-commerce business, with the entire world working together to make it a reality. We are looking for a director who can lead our EC business by creating EC sites that are easier to use and more satisfying for our customers.

■About the department to which you will be assigned
The Global Digital Commerce Department is in charge of EC business not only in Japan but also globally, and is responsible for everything related to EC, including business planning, development, and web marketing.
The site production team, to which you will be assigned, is responsible for creating digital content to increase the number of fans by pursuing creativity, such as online store feature pages, and providing customers with the best e-commerce sales space.


Job Description
This position will lead the planning, design, and direction of the production of various digital contents, including online store features, collaborations, and branding contents.

The specific duties of this position will include the following, depending on your experience
UX scenario creation, site structure design, and WF production
Leading growth hacks such as UIUX improvement and new feature development
Planning, implementation, and operation of next-generation services that incorporate new technologies that evolve daily
Directing user research such as user testing and interviews
Access analysis and report creation
Planning and coordination with internal and external teams for worldwide operation and construction based on EC business expansion strategy
Joint projects with external partner companies and brands

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in web direction
Experience in UI design such as wireframe production
Communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and build relationships with external partners
Knowledge of web production, UI/UX design, web design, and front-end development

■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
Experience in KPI design, access analysis and reporting, and site conversion improvement measures
Project design and management skills
Experience using various creative production tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Prott
Experience and knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and SEO
Experience and knowledge of customer surveys, group interviews, and user testing
Knowledge of apparel and fashion
English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a good rule of thumb. To be used for internal and external meetings and emails)

■Annual Income
Annual salary range: 6.56 - 13.14 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000 - 730,000 yen)

Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
