■Department Overview
The Store Development Department has the following functions: store opening strategy → store opening development → store design and construction management → global facility management (this team). The mission of this team is as follows
1) Promotion and improvement of global operations: Store facility management in all countries where UNIQLO and GU have opened stores, support for the promotion of maintenance in each country, and reinforcement and education of the organization and system.
2)Standardization of facility management operations: Establishment of a business platform and visualization based on globally unified standards, improvement from general maintenance to planned repairs, and feedback to new store design
3)Sustainable facility operation: Planning and promotion of activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from stores, ensuring safety and security in stores, promotion of effective use of resources, etc.

■ Job Description
Facility management planning and execution: Strong collaboration with local members and management of execution
Execution of facility management using the same global tools: maximum utilization of service channel applications and monthly management
Feedback of improvements to new stores: Proposal of new store design standards and implementation of measures to prevent recurrence of issues by reflecting them
Leading energy conservation, creation, and energy storage: Speedy implementation of measures ahead of the industry, and raising and deciding on the adoption of innovative ideas
Promote stores that ensure safety and security: Promote activities centered on disaster prevention and respect for human rights.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in one of the following: 1:
1. Experience in facility management in a construction department or facility management department of a business corporation (any type of building is acceptable)
2. Experience in construction management at a general contractor. Experience in leading negotiations with external subcontractors is a plus.
Technical skills in construction (or facilities): Able to maintain a high level of facility management by proposing and promoting improvements from a long-term perspective from a highly technical viewpoint.
Business level English skills (to work with members from various countries as a global headquarters)

Environmental literacy: Knowledge and high interest in environmental management essential for building sustainable stores
Basic understanding of and interest in the retail industry, including customer orientation and passion for stores

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 6.7-13 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-650,000 yen)
