We are looking for a Web Designer who can lead the way in making e-commerce a core business by creating e-commerce sites that are easier to use and more satisfying for our customers.
We are looking for a designer with innovative ideas and a passion for design who can incorporate Fast Retailing's DNA into digital design. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about innovative ideas and design, and who is able to create attractive and effective content and UI/UX design, as well as branded content and feature pages, and design the experience of e-commerce sites and apps.

■About the department
The Global Digital Commerce Department is in charge of EC business not only in Japan but also globally, and is responsible for all aspects of EC business, including business planning, development, photography, and design.
The Global Ecommerce Business Management Team, to which you will be assigned, will be in charge of global business planning, content creation such as branding content and feature pages, and experience design of e-commerce sites and apps, providing customers with the world's best e-commerce store that communicates LifeWear.

Job Description
This position is responsible for creative production of digital content and e-commerce store design, proposing designs from the perspectives of both business strategy and user experience.
For example, you will work with the business unit in charge to create content and EC sales areas, such as pages that attractively convey seasonal collections, EC sales areas that are easy to buy for men and women of all ages, live commerce pages, and expressions of the world view of collaborative products, and participate in UI/UX design and creative production from the upstream.

Specifically, depending on your experience, you will be expected to perform the following tasks
Creative production and management of Japanese and global sites
Establish and manage global design guidelines, and share and collaborate with other countries.
Creation of graphics and guiding frames for content updates.
UI/UX improvement based on AB testing
Experience design based on numerical analysis
Creation of assets such as icons and illustrations
Planning, production, and improvement of feature sites and microsites, and global development
Design presentation to related departments
Design supervision and collaboration with external partners

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in website design (both for smartphones and PCs)
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (able to read and understand HTML and CSS source code)
Experience with Adobe design tools, Figma and similar tools
Experience using prototyping tools

Experience, skills, and abilities that are welcome
Knowledge of tools and practical experience using them for production progress
Knowledge of UX design, usability design, and web accessibility
Experience in designing large scale sites or campaign sites
Knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing
Knowledge of design systems
Experience in web direction or art direction
English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above is recommended. English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above is recommended, as it will be used for internal and external meetings and emails).
