■Department Overview
The mission of the Global E-Commerce Operations Team, to which you will be assigned, extends beyond the production and operation of e-commerce sites for Fast Retailing Group brands such as UNIQLO, GU, and PLST; it is to drive the growth of the entire business and enhance customer satisfaction. Through the management and improvement of digital content (such as images and product information) on each brand’s e-commerce site, we convey the value of our products to customers in an appealing and accurate manner.Furthermore, as the global headquarters, we lead efforts to improve operational workflows for global e-commerce sites and plan and implement global operations when introducing new features or services.

■Job Description
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for projects to optimize operations related to the creation of product detail pages and for content improvements, with the goal of creating an environment that makes shopping easier for customers visiting each brand’s e-commerce site.

(1) Operational Optimization
・Improving operations and workflows related to product information registration
・Promoting automation and efficiency (requirement definition, workflow coordination, development coordination)
・Project management within your team (e.g., major site-wide update projects)

(2) E-commerce Site Content Improvement
・Planning and implementation of improvements to the information, content, and features provided to customers, primarily on product detail pages
・Designing workflows and driving system development to implement the above

(3) Building and managing a structure involving multiple outsourcing partners (tens of people) and your own team (a few to just under 10 people)

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading projects related to business transformation, service/product improvement, etc., at a company that operates its own e-commerce site or owns its own IT products

■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of experience in e-commerce site operations
・Experience managing an e-commerce site in the apparel industry or retail sector
・Experience in planning, implementing, and operating business automation systems
・Experience managing external contractors
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or higher preferred)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8 million to 12.6 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–700,000 yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
