Job Description
■Recruitment Background
At the Fast Retailing Group, we are not treating our e-commerce business as just another retail division; instead, the entire company is working together to realize “e-commerce as our core business” and is undergoing a major transformation of the business itself. To create an e-commerce site that is easier for customers to use and provides greater satisfaction, we are seeking someone who can efficiently and swiftly manage daily site operations, proactively drive service improvements, and help lead the effort to make e-commerce our core business.
■Department Overview
The mission of the Global E-Commerce Operations Team, to which you will be assigned, extends beyond the creation and operation of e-commerce sites for Fast Retailing Group brands such as UNIQLO, GU, and PLST; it is to drive the growth of the entire business and enhance customer satisfaction. Through the management and improvement of digital content (such as images and product information) on each brand’s e-commerce site, we convey the value of our products to customers in an appealing and accurate manner.Furthermore, as the global headquarters, we take the lead in improving operational and management workflows for global e-commerce sites, as well as planning and rolling out global operations when introducing new features and services.
■Job Description
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for projects to optimize operations related to the creation of product detail pages and for improving content, with the goal of creating an environment that makes shopping easier for customers visiting each brand’s e-commerce sites.
(1) Operational Optimization
・Improving operations and workflows related to the registration of product information
・Promoting automation and efficiency (requirement definition, workflow coordination, development coordination)
・Project management within your team (e.g., major updates to the entire e-commerce platform)
(2) E-commerce Site Content Improvement
・Planning and execution of improvements to the information, content, and features provided to customers, primarily on product detail pages
・Designing workflows and driving system development to implement the above
(3) Building and managing a structure comprising multiple outsourcing partners (tens of people) and your own team (a few to just under 10 people)

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading projects related to business transformation, service/product improvement, or similar initiatives at a company that operates its own e-commerce site or owns its own IT products
■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of experience operating an e-commerce site
・Experience managing an e-commerce site in the apparel industry or the retail sector
・Experience in planning, implementing, and operating business automation systems
・Experience managing external contractors
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or higher preferred)
・Experience leading projects related to business transformation, service/product improvement, or similar initiatives at a company that operates its own e-commerce site or owns its own IT products

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8 million to 12.6 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–700,000 yen)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
