Job Description
Background of Recruitment
Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation of its e-commerce business, moving from being a single business in the retail industry to becoming a full-fledged e-commerce business. We are looking for a person who can manage daily site operations efficiently and with a sense of speed, promote service improvement autonomously, and lead the transformation of EC into a core business together in order to create an EC site that is easier to use and more satisfying for customers.
■Department Overview
The mission of the Global EC Operations Team, to which you will be assigned, is not only to create and operate EC sites for Fast Retailing Group brands such as UNIQLO, GU, and PLST, but also to achieve overall business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Through the operation and improvement of digital content (images and product information) on each brand's EC site, we communicate the value of products to customers in an attractive and accurate manner. In addition, as the global head quarter, this position will also lead the improvement of global e-commerce site operation and management workflow, as well as the planning and deployment of global operations when introducing new functions/services.
■ Job Description
In this position, you will be in charge of optimization projects for the creation of product detail pages and content improvements in order to create a more convenient shopping environment for customers who visit each brand's e-commerce site.
(1) Operation optimization
Improvement of operations and tasks related to the registration of each product information
Promote automation and efficiency improvement (requirement definition, operational coordination, development coordination)
Project management in your own team (e.g., major EC-wide update projects, etc.)
(2) Improvement of EC site contents
Planning and execution of measures to improve information/content/functions provided to customers, mainly on product detail pages
(3) Designing operations and promoting system development in order to realize the above
(3) Establishment and management of systems for multiple outsourcing companies (dozens of people) and within own team (several to less than 10 people)

Experience in leading projects for business transformation, service/product improvement, etc. at a company with its own e-commerce site or IT products.

Annual salary range: 8-12.6 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000-700,000 yen)
