■Department Overview
The mission of the Global E-Commerce Operations team, where you will be assigned, extends beyond the production and operation of e-commerce sites for Fast Retailing Group brands like UNIQLO, GU, and PLST. It encompasses driving overall business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Through the management and improvement of digital content (images and product information) on each brand's e-commerce site, we effectively and accurately convey product value to customers.As the global headquarters, we also lead improvements to the operational workflows for managing global e-commerce sites and plan and execute global operations for introducing new features and services.

■Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing operations, primarily in the creation of product detail pages, and improving content to create a more user-friendly shopping environment for customers visiting each brand's e-commerce site.

(1) Operational Optimization
・Operational and process improvements for registering product information
・Promoting automation/efficiency (requirement definition, operational coordination, development coordination)
・Project management within your team (e.g., major site-wide e-commerce update projects)

(2) E-commerce Site Content Improvement
・Planning and execution of improvement measures for information/content/features provided to customers, primarily on product detail pages
・Business process design and system development promotion to achieve the above

(3) Building and managing structures involving multiple contracted companies (dozens of personnel) and internal team members (several to under 10 individuals)

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading projects for business transformation, service/product improvement, etc., at a company with its own e-commerce site or proprietary IT products

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of e-commerce site operation experience
・Experience operating an e-commerce site in the apparel industry or retail sector
・Experience in planning, implementing, and operating business automation
・Experience managing external contractors
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or higher preferred)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,600,000 (Monthly Salary: ¥500,000 - ¥700,000)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible time: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)
