Job Description
Background of Recruitment
The Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation in its e-commerce business, moving away from the e-commerce business as just one of its retail operations to become a core e-commerce business. In order to create EC sites that are easier to use and more satisfactory for customers, we have set up a photography studio in our office from 2020, and are promoting the in-house production of product image materials (photography, editing, etc.).
We are looking for someone who can lead the production of these assets to deliver the value of our products to our customers using images and videos for each brand's e-commerce site that we are expanding to countries around the world.
This position will be responsible for delivering the creative produced in the Tokyo office to Fast Retailing customers around the world, and building and managing a system that can respond immediately to customer needs.
■Department Overview
This position will be assigned to a team responsible for shooting assets (still and moving images) for the Fast Retailing Group's e-commerce site, which will be posted on the e-commerce site for each brand and country. In collaboration with our product planning and marketing departments, the team is responsible for planning and executing various asset shoots to accurately convey information along with products to customers with the world's best quality and lead time. We constantly update our creative work in response to customer response and the sales situation in each country, and execute creative work that is not only "cool" but also "numerically viable.
■Job Description
While communicating internally (within your own department and with other departments) and externally (with partner companies for photo shoots), you will plan assets (still and moving images) for the global market and manage all aspects of the photo shoots together with each team member.
Specifically, the following duties will be entrusted to you:
Planning/scheduling of shoots, maintenance of workflow to improve productivity, preparation for shoots such as arranging samples and models, progress management to produce the necessary assets by the sales date and reflect them on the EC site, ensuring image quality, reflecting them on the site, etc., from upstream to downstream management.
The team also manages the upstream and downstream operations, such as the preparation of samples, model arrangements, etc., the production of the necessary assets by the sales date, the quality assurance of the images, and the reflection of the images on the site, etc.
The position will be responsible for analyzing numerical figures and planning, executing, and reviewing asset improvements based on such analysis, as if the position were involved in the actual management.

Annual salary range: 3,630,000-7,840,000 yen (monthly salary: 230,000-490,000 yen)
