Job Description

■Recruitment Background
At the Fast Retailing Group, we are not treating our e-commerce business as just another retail division; instead, the entire company is working together to achieve "e-commerce as our core business," driving a major transformation of the business itself. To create e-commerce sites that are easier for customers to use and provide greater satisfaction, we have established an in-house photography studio within our office since 2020 and are moving toward in-house production of product image assets (including photography and editing).

We are seeking a candidate to lead the production of these assets—including images and videos—to effectively convey the value of our products to customers across the various brand e-commerce sites we operate globally.
We will build and operate a system to deliver the creative content produced at our Tokyo office to Fast Retailing customers worldwide and respond promptly to customer feedback.

■Department Overview
You will be assigned to a team responsible for photographing assets (still images and videos) for e-commerce sites representing the Fast Retailing Group’s various brands and countries.Working in collaboration with our product planning and marketing departments, you will drive the planning and execution of various asset shoots to ensure that information about our products is accurately conveyed to customers with world-class quality and lead times. You will continuously update creative content based on customer feedback and sales performance in each country, executing creative production that not only looks great but also drives results.

■Job Description
While communicating with internal teams (both within and outside your department) and external partners (such as photography agencies), you will work with team members to manage the entire process—from planning assets (still images and videos) for the global market to overseeing the actual shoot.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Planning and scheduling for shoots; optimizing workflows to improve productivity; preparing for shoots, including arranging samples and models; managing the production process to ensure assets required by launch dates are created and implemented on e-commerce sites; ensuring image quality; and overseeing the entire process from start to finish, including site implementation.
・Improving the working environment to enable the on-site photography team to deliver higher-quality assets (still images and videos), while maintaining an overview of the entire on-site situation and constantly monitoring budgets and costs.
・You will conduct numerical analysis and plan, execute, and review asset improvements based on those findings, contributing to actual business management.

*The Job Description may change within the scope of duties related to various headquarters departments due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■ Career Path
You will be responsible for one or more of the UNIQLO, GU, or PLST brands and will drive the Job Description outlined above. Subsequently, you may become a team lead for a specific brand, a lead for the entire photography team, or, depending on your career plan, transfer to other departments or roles.
