■Recruitment Background
At Fast Retailing Group, we are transforming our e-commerce business fundamentally, uniting globally to achieve "e-commerce as our core business" rather than treating it as just one retail operation. To create e-commerce sites that are easier for customers to use and more satisfying, we established an in-house photography studio within our office in 2020 and have been advancing the in-house production of product image assets (photography, editing, etc.).

We are seeking someone to lead the production of these assets for our brand e-commerce sites worldwide, using images and videos to convey product value to customers. You will build and operate a system to deliver creatives produced in our Tokyo office to Fast Retailing customers globally and respond promptly to customer feedback.

■Department Overview
You will be assigned to the team responsible for shooting e-commerce site assets (still images and videos) for the various brands and countries within the Fast Retailing Group.Working closely with our product planning and marketing departments, you will plan and execute various asset shoots to ensure accurate product information is delivered to customers with world-class quality and lead times. You will continuously update creatives based on customer feedback and global sales performance, executing "creative production that delivers results" beyond just looking good.

■Job Description
You will handle art direction and quality control for still images and videos featured on e-commerce product detail pages.
・Collaborate with internal departments (designers, MD, marketing, etc.) to provide art direction for still and video shoots that accurately convey the product's design, appeal, and features to customers.
・Collaborate with the photography team (director/producer/photographer/stylist/hair & makeup artist/retoucher) to manage the entire workflow from preparation to site implementation. Ensure quality control of all necessary assets (videos and still images) for the e-commerce site are ready by the launch date.
・Analyze customer response and sales data for creative assets and implement updates.
・Regularly present creative content to management members for direct discussion.
・Additionally, the following tasks are anticipated:
Model auditions/selection, mock-ups, shoot direction, image selection, retouching checks
*The Job Description may change within the scope of tasks related to each department at headquarters due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■Career Path
You will be responsible for one or more brands (UNIQLO, GU, PLST) and will advance the Job Description. Subsequently, depending on your career plan, opportunities may arise to become a Team Lead for a specific brand, a Lead for the entire shooting team, or to transfer to other departments or roles.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in art direction for photography within fashion-related e-commerce, media, or advertising production

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Knowledge and understanding of fashion and hair/makeup trends
・Knowledge and understanding of basic garment construction
・Experience in art direction within advertising production environments
・Experience in quality control for creative production
・Teamwork experience within business or production companies

■Employment Type
Contract Employee: Contract renewed annually, with a probationary period (3 months). Regular employee conversion system available.

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥3.63 million to ¥7.84 million (Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 - ¥490,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (Regular employees only; based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

■Working Hours
Standard working hours system, flextime system, or managerial/supervisory status

8 hours of actual work within 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour break

・Flextime System
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, 1-hour break, Core time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Flexible time: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Overtime work possible

・Supervisory staff: Based on the working hours of their department, determined by the employee

■Holidays & Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special/bereavement leave, childcare/nursing care leave systems, etc.
※Special leave granted separately from paid leave in the first and second halves of the year (number of days varies by employment type and company)
