Job Description
■Recruitment Background
At Fast Retailing Group, we are transforming our e-commerce business fundamentally, uniting globally to achieve "e-commerce as our core business" rather than treating it as just one retail operation. To create e-commerce sites that are easier for customers to use and more satisfying, we established an in-house photography studio within our office in 2020 and have been advancing the in-house production of product image assets (photography, editing, etc.).
We are seeking someone to lead the production of these assets for our brand e-commerce sites worldwide, using images and videos to convey product value to customers. You will build and operate a system to deliver creatives produced in our Tokyo office to Fast Retailing customers globally and respond promptly to customer feedback.
■Department Overview
You will be assigned to the team responsible for shooting e-commerce site assets (still images and videos) for the various brands and countries within the Fast Retailing Group.Working closely with our product planning and marketing departments, you will plan and execute various asset shoots to ensure accurate product information is delivered to customers with world-class quality and lead times. You will continuously update creatives based on customer feedback and global sales performance, executing "creative production that delivers results" beyond just looking good.
■Job Description
For still images of products and models featured on e-commerce product detail pages, you will closely communicate with other internal departments and the photography team (Art Director/Director/Producer/Stylist/Hair & Makeup Artist/Retoucher). You will drive the creation of product and model images that capture the design, appeal, and features of the product, effectively communicating them to customers.
You will execute product photography that enhances product value and model photography that embodies LifeWear without overly staged poses, constantly striving for higher standards. Activities requiring constant teamwork awareness, such as adjusting lighting, are essential. You will also manage and direct external staff.
Your mission is to produce globally competitive assets and manage teams at a high level, while understanding the characteristics and business of each Fast Retailing Group brand.

You will be responsible for one or more brands (UNIQLO, GU, PLST) and will advance the aforementioned Job Description. Subsequently, depending on your career plan, opportunities may arise to become a Team Lead for a specific brand, a Lead for the entire shooting team, or to transfer to other departments or roles.

・Practical experience as a photographer in apparel-related e-commerce, media, advertising production, etc.
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience shooting apparel-related product images and model-worn images
・Experience in video production for product PR videos, TV/Web commercials, etc.
・Team-based work experience at a business company or production company

Contract Employee: Contract renewed annually, with a probationary period (3 months). Regular employee conversion system available.
*Employment contracts may be renewed based on the company's operational needs and the employee's performance (no automatic renewal)
※There is no limit on contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).
■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥3.63 million to ¥7.84 million (Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 - ¥490,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (Regular employees only; based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.
