Job Description
Background of Recruitment
The Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation in its e-commerce business, moving away from the e-commerce business as just one of its retail operations to become a full-fledged e-commerce business. In order to create EC sites that are easier to use and more satisfactory for customers, we have set up a photography studio in our office from 2020, and are promoting the in-house production of product image materials (photography, editing, etc.).
We are looking for someone who can lead the production of these assets to deliver the value of our products to our customers using images and videos for each brand's e-commerce site that we are developing in various countries around the world. This position will be responsible for delivering creative produced in the Tokyo office to Fast Retailing customers around the world, and building and managing a system that can immediately respond to customer needs.
■Department Overview
This position will be assigned to a team responsible for shooting assets (still and moving images) for the Fast Retailing Group's e-commerce site, which will appear on e-commerce sites for each brand and each country. In collaboration with our product planning and marketing departments, the team is responsible for planning and executing various asset shoots to accurately convey information along with products to customers with the world's best quality and lead time. We constantly update our creative work in response to customer responses and the sales situation in each country, and execute creative production that is not only "cool" but also "numerically viable.
■ Job Description
In shooting still images of products and models for the product detail pages on the e-commerce site, the candidate will cut out the design, appeal, and features of the products while communicating closely with other departments within the company and the shooting team (art director, director, producer, stylist, hair and makeup artist, and retoucher). The photographer will be responsible for taking product images and model images that can convey the design, appeal, and features of the products to customers.
You will shoot product images that enhance the value of the product and model images that embody LifeWear without being overly posed, always aiming for a higher standard. You will be required to be constantly aware of teamwork, such as making changes to lighting. You will also be responsible for the management and direction of outside staff.
The mission is to produce assets and manage teams at a high level that can be used globally, based on an understanding of the features and business of each Fast Retailing Group brand.

You will be in charge of one or more brands out of UNIQLO, GU, and PLST, and promote the Job Descriptions mentioned above. Thereafter, you may lead a team for a specific brand, lead the entire photography team, or be transferred to other departments or positions depending on your career plan.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience as a photographer in apparel related e-commerce, media, advertising production, etc.

Experience working in a team at a business or production company

Contracted employee: Contract renewed every year, with a probationary period (3 months). There is a system for promotion to regular employee.
Employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
*There is no upper limit to contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).
■ Annual salary
Annual salary range: 3,630,000-7,840,000 yen (monthly salary: 230,000-490,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be determined based on the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (for regular employees only, based on personnel evaluation)
