Job Description
Background
Fast Retailing Group aims to become the No. 1 brand most loved by customers around the world as the "clothing infrastructure" indispensable to the comfortable daily lives of people everywhere.
The mission of the Information Security Office is to protect the important information of our customers and all confidential information within our company. We have established a global company-wide system to establish and educate security rules and to constantly check whether the rules are implemented.
As the main battlefield of commerce and business practice shifts to the digital space, there is an urgent need to establish a security system for the development and operation of information systems.
In this position, we are looking for a person who can lead the enhancement of information system security by identifying risks without omission by checking the site, actual products, and reality of information systems, and implementing optimal security controls in consultation with our information system department (Digital Business Transformation Service Department) and business departments. We are looking for a person who can lead the enhancement of information system security.

Job Description
The Information Security Manager will be responsible for the following multiple areas related to the information security of our company as a whole.
Establishment of company-wide information security management system
Establishment of rules and guidelines for information security
Planning and execution of training programs to improve information security awareness
Supporting the design and establishment of business processes in business divisions
Assessment of the information security posture of suppliers to whom we outsource the handling of confidential information, planning of necessary improvement measures, and confirmation of progress until completion
Promotion of company-wide security projects
Promotion of company-wide security projects
Other information security-related duties as requested by the company

Work Condition

Annual Salary
Annual salary range: 7.2-15 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-730,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's business performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
