The Information Security Office is dedicated to protecting our customers’ valuable information and all confidential company data. We are establishing a global, company-wide framework that encompasses the development of security policies, employee training, and continuous monitoring to ensure compliance.
As the primary arena for business and operational activities shifts to the digital space, establishing a robust security framework for the development and operation of information systems has become an urgent priority.
For this position, we are seeking a candidate who can lead the strengthening of information system security by verifying the actual conditions, physical assets, and realities of our information systems to identify risks without omission, and by implementing optimal security controls in consultation with our Information Systems Department (Digital Business Transformation Services Department) and business departments.

■ Department Overview
The Information Security Office is a global cross-functional organization that includes other business units and operates with a diverse organizational structure. With the Global Headquarters (GHQ) serving as the command center, the office consistently handles rule formulation, education, risk assessment, monitoring, and improvement regarding security risks that could impact global business operations.

■Job Description
You will be involved in the company’s overall information security and will be responsible for the following areas:
・Establishing a company-wide information security management framework
・Formulation of information security rules and guidelines
・Planning and conducting training to raise information security awareness
・Supporting business departments in the design and implementation of business processes
・Evaluating the information security frameworks of business partners entrusted with handling confidential information, formulating necessary improvement measures, and monitoring progress until completion
・Promotion of company-wide security projects
・Rolling out the above initiatives across all business regions and brands
・Other information security-related duties as requested by the company

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Ability to design business processes
・Analytical skills to identify substantive risks from a business perspective and effectively encourage improvements
・Communication and negotiation skills to explain concepts clearly and appropriately to different audiences
・Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
・Excellent communication skills in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1)

■ Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Work experience related to information security (governance) as described in the "Job Description"
・Information security certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.)
・Work experience and knowledge in the retail industry
・Chinese (business level)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.2–15 million yen (Monthly Salary: 450,000–730,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
