The mission of the "Digital Business Transformation Service Department" is to create results by defining, building, and thoroughly utilizing future-oriented business systems from the customer's perspective, regardless of the boundaries between business and IT, headquarters and field, and real and virtual. We are characterized by our end-to-end approach to the entire process of business and system transformation. While controlling the core aspects of business construction and system development in-house, we also actively collaborate with companies that possess the world's most advanced technologies and promote the introduction of new technologies such as AI. The organization is composed of multinational members with diverse backgrounds, including project managers, engineers, and data scientists, who use their strengths to collaborate across team and department boundaries to achieve the best customer experience and business growth, while placing importance on employee growth.

■ Job Description
In one of the following areas, you will strengthen the organization and human resource development of the system development and in-house development team, and promote development operation management. We would like you to start with a project where you can make the most of your experience, and we will assign you to a project after screening.
Development and operation of systems in the store area, which is the largest point of contact with customers.
Development and operation of supply chain systems (planning, production, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and delivery), which are the foundation of our business
Development and operation of systems in the product planning area to create products that customers truly demand by collecting and analyzing the voices of customers, stores, and the market.
Development and operation of a management dashboard that visualizes various numerical values and customer opinions that lead to management decision-making.
Creation of IT services and systems to immediately solve the problems of Fast Retailing Group employees.
Developing and operating HR and finance systems using SAP (S/4 HANA, SD, MM, FI, CO, etc.) and other packages and SaaS products.

Experience, skills, and abilities required:
One of the following is required
At least 2 years of experience in development project management (project size: 30 man-months or more)
Experience leading enterprise system development and implementation projects (2+ years or 2+ projects)
At least 3 years of experience in IT industry or IT related consulting industry
At least 3 years of experience as a system engineer in development and operation

Experience in project delivery in the apparel or retail industry or in a business dealing with consumer goods
