■Job Description
You will be responsible for system development, strengthening the in-house development team, fostering talent, and driving development and operations management in one of the following areas. We would like you to start with the project where your experience is most valuable; your assignment will be determined through the selection process, but please let us know if you have a preferred area.
・System development and operations in the store domain, which serves as the primary point of contact with customers
・Development and operation of systems in the supply chain domain (planning, production, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and delivery), which forms the backbone of our business
・System development and operations in the product planning domain, where we collect and analyze customer feedback, store insights, and market trends to create products that truly meet customer needs
・Building management dashboards that visualize various metrics and customer feedback to support executive decision-making
・Building IT services and systems to immediately resolve issues faced by Fast Retailing Group employees
・Utilization, implementation, development, and operation of packaged software and SaaS products in the HR and finance domains (SAP S/4 HANA, SD, MM, FI, CO, etc.)

・At least 2 years of experience managing development projects (project scale of 30 person-months or more)
・Experience leading projects related to enterprise system development and implementation (2 years or more, or 2 or more projects)
・At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry or IT-related consulting industry
・At least 3 years of experience as a systems engineer in development or operations
■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in project delivery within the apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries
・Experience in system rollout and operational maintenance for global companies in various countries
・Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
・Experience in cloud-based development and operations (e.g., AWS, GCP)
