Recruitment Background
Fast Retailing Group is currently promoting the "Ariake Project," a company-wide transformation to become a "Digital Consumer Retail Company" that transcends the traditional framework of a retailer. We are promoting the "Ariake Project," a company-wide reform to transform ourselves into a "Digital Consumer Retail Company. In order to achieve this goal, our Digital Business Transformation Service Department is leading the company-wide business transformation not only by promoting globalization, cloud computing, and mobility using the latest technologies, but also by promoting "aggressive IT," which is IT that generates profits.
In this position, you will be in charge of the IT Strategy Office and will be the right hand of the CIO in formulating IT strategies for the entire group, and will be responsible for various transformation efforts to realize these strategies.

The mission of the Digital Business Transformation Service Department is to define the "ideal" form of business operations from the customer's perspective, and to lead and realize business transformation using the latest IT technology. In order to realize the "Ariake Project," a company-wide transformation, we are accelerating the in-house development of core systems centered on the supply chain as well as EC and store systems. /The IT Strategy Office is a division of the IT Strategy Department, which is responsible for the development of people, products, and services.
The IT Strategy Office is responsible for overall IT department management (investment management, organizational and human resource management, IT governance, etc.) from the perspectives of people, products, money, and partners, from strategic planning to execution.
Design of global IT organization, strengthening of IT human resources at overseas offices, and enhancement of new graduates and mid-career hires
Mid- to long-term IT investment planning, project issue management, and return-on-investment monitoring
