Job Description

■Background of Recruitment
The Planning & Administration Department is responsible for driving FR's company-wide reforms and profit growth, building a solid financial foundation to support "a global company with sales of 3 trillion yen", and playing the role of a safekeeper for each country's business as the GHQ. We are looking for a person who will consider the profit structure of the entire company and proactively lead the discovery and resolution of management issues.

■About the department
As a CFO function that leads to important decisions for the company, the Planning & Control Department discovers business issues, creates action plans based on these issues, and promotes solutions to these issues by involving other departments. In addition to drafting and preparing budgets and medium-term business plans for the entire group and each business, and managing actual results, the department also provides accounting and financial education for sales staff, focusing on P/L, in order to raise employees' accounting knowledge and discover numerical issues, literally aiming for management by all employees.

Job Description
The main duties of this position, based on the above-mentioned duties, are 1) in charge of management planning for the domestic business (UNIQLO, g.u., Theory, and Plastee), 2) in charge of group management planning (supporting CEO and CFO of each business as GHQ), and 3) in charge of global UNIQLO management planning.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

■Career Path
Within the Planning and Management Department, there are all functions related to management figures such as business planning, accounting, finance, and taxation, so you can consider flexible transfers based on your abilities, desires, and career plans. There is a possibility that you may be assigned to overseas as a manager in charge of corporate planning or as a CFO.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in corporate planning, business administration, or business planning with working experience and knowledge of accounting and finance in a business company.
Experience at an accounting consulting firm or audit firm

Experience, skills, and abilities that are welcome
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Leadership and followership skills, and the ability to achieve results in a team environment.

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.84 - 15.76 million yen (monthly salary: 490,000 - 870,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
