Job Description

Department Overview
The Business Management Advisory (BMA) Department is responsible for the auditing and management support functions of the Fast Retailing Group, identifying business issues and implementing improvements and business transformation.
It is a "management development organization" that identifies business issues from a manager's perspective and the essential issues faced by each business and guides them to solutions.
As a result of the above, BMA acts as "management's right-hand man" and contributes significantly to the sustainable growth potential of the Fast Retailing Group. Through this mission, BMA will also establish the role of the division as a "gateway to management" by continuously nurturing and producing candidates for the next generation of managers from within the division.
BMA is an organization of about 50 people worldwide, and has two teams in Japan (1) Business Audit and (2) Store Audit, and this position belongs to the Business Audit team.

Background
BMA is reorganizing its global business audit team and strengthening the existing organization at GHQ in Japan in order to maximize the performance of the Business Management Support Department on a global-one basis. We are looking for strong new colleagues to lead the team together while accelerating the development of human resources within the company for this strengthening.
We are also looking for strong new people to lead the team with us while accelerating internal human resource development. We will also produce leaders from each team to form a hybrid team that transcends national borders. We will then carry out our mission with the full force of global operations.

Job Description
(1)To get into the details of Fast Retailing Group's business and core operations (domestic and overseas), discover essential issues in the field, in reality, and in the actual thing, and improve the issues in cooperation with related divisions and departments.
(2)Evaluate the Fast Retailing Group's businesses from all perspectives, and realize the assembly (improvement) of future businesses.
(3)To contribute to the growth of the Fast Retailing Group as a whole by ensuring that internal controls are effective, and by establishing the organization necessary to improve commercial efficiency, maximize sales and profits, and standardize operations.
We are able to identify and resolve any and all issues, with no limitations on the areas to be audited.
We will work with the management of each business, country, and related department, and collaborate with the stores, supply chain, and all other sites, depending on the subject matter, as we delve into the details of the business and core operations.
The work itself will be project-based, lasting approximately 3 months, including the discovery of business issues and on-site research of solutions.
During this period, depending on the assignment, you may be required to go on several business trips for 2-3 weeks, including overseas trips.
Each project will be presented to the Fast Retailing Group CEO (President) and the management of each country's business.

Qualifications

■Welcome experience, skills, and abilities
In addition to 5 years of business experience, you should have one of the following
-Experience in business planning, corporate planning, accounting, auditing, etc.
-Experience in projects related to the identification and improvement of business management issues at consulting firms or business companies
Those who have the same perspective as the business management board and are able to work on problem solving as a party to bring about business transformation.
Able to look at the business as a whole, identify the essential issues, and solve and change them by involving people and organizations of all kinds.
Those who have a strong commitment to correctness and will not give up until the very end in order to achieve the ideal state of the company.
Those who can work from the customer's point of view, placing the highest priority on the store, warehouse, and other on-site locations.
Japanese: Native level + English: Business level (able to communicate with managers of overseas subsidiaries on an equal footing)

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 672-15.12 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-840,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
