Job Description
■Recruitment Background
The Fast Retailing (FR) Group is driving company-wide transformation to create a "new industry" centered on the "LifeWear" concept, transcending traditional industry boundaries.
We are seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to drive global HR governance.
■Job Summary
As the Global Headquarters (GHQ), FR's Japan headquarters is tasked with driving the global business growth of the FR Group and its brands, which span approximately 3,600 stores across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
The Labor Relations team you will join handles both global and Japan-specific responsibilities. Initially, you will focus on Japan-based labor affairs, with the expectation that your scope will expand to include global matters over time. Specific duties include:
・Primarily handle labor-related issues arising from employees within Japan.
・Beyond individual case handling, you will lead the establishment and operation of monitoring systems to prevent issues before they arise, as well as conduct training.
・We also expect you to introduce systems and mechanisms that enable more flexible and efficient work styles, as well as work styles that allow employees to thrive over the long term.
*Note: Payroll processing, social insurance, and onboarding/offboarding procedures are handled by a separate team and are not included in this role.
*The Job Description may change within the scope of tasks related to various headquarters departments due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience solving HR and labor-related issues at the operational level
・Ability to adopt a management perspective, act as an agent of change, identify and resolve issues while understanding relevant laws and regulations
・A strong sense of balance, pursuing ideals while respecting each individual employee on the ground
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Deep knowledge of HR-related laws (Social Insurance Laws, Labor Standards Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act, etc.) and experience executing related duties
・Team management experience
・TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or the ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes

・Annual Salary Range: ¥7.2 million - ¥11.7 million (Monthly Salary: ¥450,000 - ¥650,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible time: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the assigned department, determined by the employee
■Holidays & Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special/bereavement leave, childcare/nursing care leave systems, etc.
※Special leave granted in the first and second halves of the year, separate from paid leave (number of days varies by employment type and company)
