Job Description
Background of Recruitment
Fast Retailing (FR) Group is transforming its entire company to create a "new industry" based on the concept of "LifeWear" that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional industries. We are looking for a person who will be in charge of global HR at GHQ (Global Headquarter) to promote HR reform and governance in each overseas country with a focus on "organization and people".
Summary of duties
FR's Global Headquarters (GHQ) in Japan is required to strongly drive the global business growth of the FR Group and its brands, which have approximately 3,600 stores in Asia, Europe, and the United States. The successful candidate will work closely with local management and the HR department, and at the same time, communicate closely with the GHQ executives to strengthen the organization and develop human resources to realize the business strategy of each country. In addition, you will be in charge of human resource development.
Specifics
The scope and specifics vary depending on the person in charge, but the following is an example.
Designing the organization and allocating human resources to realize the business strategy of the region/country
Planning and execution of staffing plans (internal transfers, external hires)
Planning and execution of global human resource transfers that balance the company's business needs with the career needs of individuals
Planning and execution of career plans for each individual to understand and visualize human resource evaluation and development.
(3) Assessing organizational climate and engagement, and planning and implementing solutions to issues discovered.
Labor-related support
While some tasks will be performed by the candidate himself/herself, most will be performed in cooperation with local management and human resources. Therefore, there will be opportunities to work together onsite (in the country of responsibility).

Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
