Job Description

Background
Fast Retailing Group is currently expanding its business to become the world's No.1 apparel company. Against this backdrop, there is a growing need to design and operate a globally competitive HR system that enables people with diverse backgrounds and expertise to play an active role.
In this position, we are looking for a person who can tackle these issues on his/her own, plan and design an optimal HR system not only in Japan but also on a global level, and proactively lead the project to achieve this.

■Job Description
In order to achieve the above mission, you will specifically perform the following duties
(1) Planning and designing the global HR system in Fast Retailing (salary compensation system, global mobility system, etc.)
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and designing competitive HR systems in collaboration with the business management boards and human resources in each country.

(2) Operational design, establishment, implementation, and monitoring of the HR system
You will be responsible for designing the operation of the new HR system and building the system in cooperation with the HR department in each country.
The duties will include the implementation of the new HR system and its monitoring.
Job Description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental changes and reorganization.

Working Environment
In the execution of HR planning and design, it is essential to propose and collaborate with the business management boards in each country as well as the HR in each country. As the global head quarter leader, you will lead each global company.

Our personnel evaluation system is based on a system in which you first consider your own goals in line with team policies, set tasks in consultation with your supervisor, and then evaluate the degree of achievement of those goals. In order to perform the above duties, you must not only have business know-how, but also be able to grasp the essential nature of the issues, think through and implement solutions without being bound by past practices or existing methods.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
The candidate must have the same perspective as the business management board and be able to work on problem solving as a party to bring about business transformation.
The ability to communicate smoothly with people outside the company and other departments, both inside and outside of Japan.

Business experience in the area of human resource management
Experience in salary and compensation system design and global mobility system design both in Japan and overseas, and those who have achieved the implementation phase.
TOEIC score of 800 or above or the ability to communicate in English without any problem in business

Full-time employee (no fixed term, probationary period (3 months))

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.2-11.52 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-640,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
