Job Description
Background
Fast Retailing Group is currently expanding its business to become the world's No.1 apparel company. Against this backdrop, there is a growing need to design and operate a globally competitive HR system that enables employees with diverse backgrounds and expertise to continue to be active around the world.
In this position, we are looking for a person who can tackle these issues on his/her own, plan and design an optimal HR system not only in Japan but also on a global level, and proactively lead the project to achieve this.
■Job Description
In order to achieve the above mission, you will be responsible for the following tasks in the area of global compensation.
(1)Conduct market comparison analysis of compensation systems and compensation levels in each country and identify issues in collaboration with HR in each country.
(2)Formulate compensation revision plans with HR and management in each country.
(3)Identify specific tasks for implementing compensation revisions and develop a schedule in cooperation with HR and management in each country
(4)Investigate the latest compensation systems (long-term incentives, etc.) and consider their introduction
Working Environment
In the execution of HR planning and design, it is essential to propose and collaborate with the business management boards in each country as well as the HR in each country. As the global head quarter leader, you will lead each global company.
Our personnel evaluation system is based on a system in which you first consider your own goals in line with team policies, set tasks in consultation with your supervisor, and then evaluate the degree of achievement of those goals. In order to perform the above duties, you must not only have business know-how, but also be able to grasp the essential nature of the issues, think through and implement solutions without being bound by past practices or existing methods.

Experience in corporate planning, human resource planning, accounting and finance, etc., in which the candidate has taken the lead in resolving management issues while taking into account the impact on business performance.

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 8.5-14 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000-800,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
