Job Description
■Recruitment Background
The Fast Retailing Group is currently expanding its business with the goal of becoming the world’s No. 1 apparel company. Against this backdrop, there is an increasing need to design and implement globally competitive HR systems to ensure that every employee, regardless of their background or expertise, can continue to thrive worldwide.
For this position, we are seeking someone who can proactively tackle these challenges, plan and design optimal HR systems not only in Japan but at a global standard, and take the lead in driving projects to achieve these goals.
■ Job Description
To achieve the mission described above, you will perform the following duties in the global compensation domain:
(1) Collaborate with local HR teams to conduct market comparison analyses of compensation systems and levels across countries and identify challenges
(2) Develop compensation revision proposals for each country in collaboration with local HR teams and management
(3) Identify specific tasks required to implement compensation revisions and develop schedules in collaboration with local HR and management
(4) Research and evaluate the introduction of the latest compensation systems (such as long-term incentives)

In executing HR planning and design, collaboration and proposal-making with not only local HR teams but also the management boards of each country’s operations are essential. As the global headquarters, you will lead our subsidiaries in each country.
Our performance evaluation system adopts a method where employees first set their own goals aligned with team objectives, define challenges in consultation with their supervisors, and are ultimately evaluated based on the degree to which those goals are achieved. From this perspective, performing the above duties requires not only operational expertise but also the ability to grasp the essence of challenges, devise solutions without being constrained by past practices or existing methods, and execute them thoroughly.

Qualifications
・Experience leading the resolution of management challenges in areas such as corporate planning, HR planning, or finance and accounting, while considering the impact on business performance

Full-time Employee (Permanent position, with a 3-month probationary period)
■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8.5–14 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–800,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Flexible work hours, or managerial/supervisory positions
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee
■ Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
