We are seeking an HR Business Partner for the Global Headquarters (GHQ) who can vigorously drive this company-wide transformation by focusing on “organization and people.”

■Job Overview
As the Global Headquarters (GHQ), FR’s Japan headquarters is tasked with strongly driving the global business growth of the FR Group and its various brands, which operate approximately 3,600 stores across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple departments within the GHQ headquarters. Working closely with department executives, you will strengthen organizational capabilities and develop talent to help realize departmental strategies.

■Specific Responsibilities
While the scope and specific details vary depending on the department and individual, the following are examples:
・Organizational design and staffing to realize departmental strategies
・Planning and execution of staffing plans (internal transfers, external hiring)
・Planning and executing personnel transfers that balance the company’s business needs with individual career goals
・Tracking and visualizing performance evaluations; developing and implementing individual career plans for employee development
・Measuring organizational culture and engagement, and planning and implementing solutions to identified issues
・Labor and employment-related matters

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Individuals who have been involved in transformation projects in corporate planning or business planning roles at a business company, or who have experience as an HR Business Partner
・Individuals with at least 3 years of experience at a consulting firm, including experience working on-site at client locations
・Individuals with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or those capable of communicating in English without difficulty during internal meetings

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.2–14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 450,000–830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Flexible work hours, or managerial/supervisory positions

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
