Fast Retailing (FR) Group is transforming the entire company to create a "new industry" based on the concept of "LifeWear" that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional industries. We are looking for a person who can strongly promote the company-wide transformation with "organization and people" as a HR business partner of GHQ (Global Headquarter).

Summary of the Position
FR's Japan headquarters, as GHQ (Global Head Quarter), is required to strongly drive the business growth of FR Group and each brand on a global scale, with approximately 3,600 stores in Asia, Europe, and the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple divisions of GHQ Headquarters and will be responsible for strengthening the organization and developing human resources to realize the divisional strategies, while maintaining close communication with the executives of each division.

The scope and specifics will vary depending on the division and the person in charge, but the following is an example.
Designing the organization and allocating human resources to realize the division's strategy
Planning and execution of staffing plans (internal transfers, external hires)
Planning and execution of personnel transfers that balance the company's business needs and individual career needs
Planning and execution of career plans for each individual to understand, visualize, and develop human resource evaluations.
Measuring organizational climate and engagement, planning and executing solutions to issues discovered
Labor-related support

Those who have been involved in transformation projects at a business company in a management planning or business planning position, or those who have experience as an HR business partner.
Experience working at a consulting firm for more than 3 years and have worked at a client's site.
TOEIC score of 800 or above, or be able to communicate in English at internal meetings without any problems.

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.2-14.94 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-830,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
