The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, is the central department for clothing production, and is staffed by designers and pattern makers.
Job Description
By developing an R&D center in London from March 2017, we will build an infrastructure to create the latest products through the timely collection of the latest information on the basis of product development, including trend design information, materials and colors, as well as the development of seasonal themes and design concepts, in order to develop unique products that only GU We will develop unique products that only g.u. can offer.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge/Abilities/Experience
At least 3 years of experience as a men's apparel designer
Able to manage the process of product planning, design, and production (design by yourself and have a series of working experience from commissioning to ordering from factories).
Ability to collect market and media information and apply it to design

(Language skills are not required, but we welcome applicants who are willing to learn English beyond daily English conversation)

Temporary employee (fixed term, probationary period (3 months))
(After the second year, if performance and evaluations meet the criteria for promotion to permanent employment, the employee will be promoted to a permanent position.)
The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit to the number of contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).
■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 4.11-7.84 million yen (monthly salary: 270,000-490,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
