We are seeking new members to join our R&D Department—the team of experts who bring our "LifeWear" concept to life—to further evolve the creation of clothing that embodies this "LifeWear" philosophy.

■Organizational Overview
The R&D Department, where you will be assigned, is a group of specialists who bring the LifeWear concept to life through actual products. Operating from five global locations centered in Tokyo, it houses all of our designers and patternmakers. The department plans products that match people's living environments, lifestyles, and the times, translating designs for real-world needs into the "LifeWear" concept.We continuously provide thoughtfully simple garments to improve and enrich people's lives. Our goal is to keep driving innovation in the world through clothing.

■Job Description
・Patternmaker duties (Outerwear, Bottoms, Shirts, Knitwear, Sweaters, Innerwear, Loungewear, Dresses) ※Experience will be considered
*The Job Description may change within the scope of tasks related to each department at headquarters due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■Career Path
Upon joining, you will be assigned to a team responsible for one of the above items. Depending on your aptitude, there is a possibility of transfer to another team.

■Required Knowledge/Experience/Skills
・6+ years of experience in creating specifications and patterns for women's products
　※Experience with any of the following items is welcome: woven fabrics, knitwear, or knit garments.
・Work experience using CAD (pattern making)
・Excellent communication skills in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1)

■Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Experience
・Work experience with CAD (grading), Excel, and Illustrator
・English proficiency: Daily conversation level (TOEIC 700 points) or higher

※A practical skills test may be conducted during the selection process.

First Year: Contract Employee (Fixed-term, with a 3-month probationary period)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.24–7.84 million (Monthly Salary: ¥390,000–490,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.

■Working Hours
Either standard working hours or flextime system
(Determined based on job duties, expected role, and assigned department; notified during the offer interview)
・Standard Working Hours System
8 hours of actual work within 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour break
・Flextime System
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Flexible Time: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

■Holidays & Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays) Annual paid leave, special/bereavement leave, childcare/nursing care leave system, etc.
※Whether national holidays are also designated as days off in addition to the holidays listed above shall be individually stipulated in the contract for temporary employees.
※Special leave is granted separately from paid leave, allocated in the first and second halves of the year (number of days varies by employment type and company affiliation)
