The R&D Department, to which our designers and pattern makers belong, is a group of experts who actually commercialize our "LifeWear" concept. In this position, we are looking for a new men's pattern maker to further evolve our clothing production.
Organization Overview
The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, is a group of experts who actually commercialize the concept of LifeWear. Designers and pattern makers are active at five global locations (Tokyo/Shanghai/Paris/NY/LA), with Tokyo at the center. The concept of "LifeWear" is to plan products that match people's living environment, style, and times, and to incorporate the design as actual demand into the concept of "LifeWear". To continuously provide simple, well-thought-out clothes that change people's lives for the better and enrich them. We aim to continue to bring innovation to the world through our clothes.
Job Description
Pattern-making
-Outerwear, bottoms, shirts, cut-and-sew, sweaters, innerwear, loungewear, etc.
*Fields of expertise will be considered.
An example; If you are from a sports and outdoor product manufacturer, we expect you to be engaged in patterning work related to products developed with our sports ambassadors and "sports utility wear".

Required Knowledge/Experience/Abilities
Experience in pattern making for men's products

We may conduct a practical skill test during the selection process.

CAD is a plus.
English: Daily English conversation level (TOEIC 700 points) or above
Experience in pattern making for men's products
Experience in managing the product planning, pattern making, and production process for multiple items

First year of employment: Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months)
(After the second year, the position is scheduled to be changed to a permanent one.)
The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit on contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).
■ Annual salary
Annual salary range: 6.24-7.84 million yen (monthly salary: 390,000-490,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
Working hours
Either a general working hour system or a flex-time system (to be determined according to the nature of the work, expected role, and department to which you will be assigned, to be announced at the informal interview)
General working hours
8 hours between 7:00 and 18:00 with 1 hour break
Flextime system
Standard working hours per day ... 8 hours, break ... 1 hour
Core time ... 9:00 - 14:00
Flexible hours ... 6:00 - 9:00 and 14:00 - 20:00 with overtime
