Clothes for all people, regardless of nationality, age, occupation, gender, or any other distinctions. We aim to create clothes that people around the world can easily afford and that make them look great as a tool for their own lifestyles.
The R&D Department is a group of experts who actually commercialize our "LifeWear" concept. We are looking for new members to help us further evolve our clothing production that embodies "LifeWear".
■Organizational Overview
The R&D Department is the core of our clothing production and is staffed by designers and pattern makers.
Job Description
Apparel design (outerwear, bottoms, shirts, cut-and-sew, sweaters, innerwear, loungewear, dresses)
Product research
Proposals at product meetings
New products, product composition, seasonal and monthly styling, etc.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarter due to departmental transfers and organizational changes.

When you join the company, you will be assigned to a team as a manager of one of the above items. There is a possibility of transfer to another team depending on aptitude.
You may be assigned to work not only on women's products but also on girls' and babies' products.

Required Knowledge/Abilities/Experience
Experience in designing women's items (at least 5 years of working experience)
Experience in product planning, design, and production (experience in designing, requesting factories, and making products by yourself).
■Welcome knowledge/ability/experience
Language skills are not required, but we welcome applicants who are willing to learn English beyond daily English conversation.

Employment Status
First year: Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months)
(After the second year, the position is scheduled to be changed to a permanent one.)
The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit on contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).
■ Annual salary
Annual salary range: 672-11.7 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-650,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
Working hours
Either a general working hours system or a flex-time system. (To be determined based on the nature of the work, expected role, and department to which you will be assigned, and will be announced at the informal interview.)
General working hours
8 hours of actual work between 7:00 and 18:00 with a 1 hour break.
Flextime system
Standard working hours per day ... 8 hours, break ... 1 hour
Core time ... 9:00 - 14:00
Flexible hours ... 6:00 - 9:00 and 14:00 - 20:00 with overtime
Vacations and Vacations
2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), annual paid vacations, special/ congratulatory/condolence leave, childcare/nursing care leave system, etc.
In addition to the holidays mentioned in the preceding paragraph, whether or not national holidays are also considered holidays shall be determined on a case-by-case basis in the employment contract for temporary employees.
