The R&D Department, to which our designers and pattern makers belong, is a group of experts who actually commercialize our "LifeWear" concept. In this position, we are looking for a new men's designer to further advance our clothing creation.
■Organizational Overview
The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, is a group of experts who actually commercialize the concept of LifeWear. In-house designers and pattern makers are active at five global locations (Tokyo/Shanghai/Paris/NY/LA) centered in Tokyo. Planning products that match people's living environment, styles, and times, and incorporating design as actual demand into the "LifeWear" concept. To continuously provide well thought-out, simple clothes that change people's lives for the better and enrich them. We aim to continue to bring innovation to the world through our clothes.
Job Description
Apparel design work
-We will consider assignments based on your areas of expertise, such as woven fabrics, cut and sewn clothing, bottoms, etc.
-Designer from a sports/outdoor product manufacturer will be expected to engage in general designer work related to "sports utility wear," a product developed with our sports ambassadors.
Product research
Proposals at product meetings
New products, product composition, seasonal and monthly styling, etc.

Experience managing the product planning, design, and production process for multiple items.
(Experience in designing, requesting factories, and making products by oneself)
Excellent communication skills in Japanese or English

First year of employment: Temporary employee (with a fixed term, with a probationary period of 3 months)
(Based on work performance, the company plans to switch to a permanent employee after the second year.)
The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
*There is no upper limit to the number of contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).
■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 4,110,000-7,840,000 yen (monthly salary: 270,000-490,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
Working hours
Either a general working hour system or a flex-time system (to be determined according to the nature of the work, expected role, and department to which the employee will be assigned, to be announced at the informal interview)

8 hours between 7:00 and 18:00 with 1 hour break
Flextime system
