The Global Digital Marketing Department is strengthening the development of our in-house media channels to consistently communicate the value of LifeWear and our products and contribute to the business.
As part of this effort, we are seeking a candidate to take charge of planning our global social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X) and supporting the work of on-site staff in various regions around the world.

Job Description

1. Global-level planning and KPI formulation primarily in the following three areas, as well as support for the planning, execution, operation, and analysis of content and campaign initiatives by local representatives in each region worldwide

• Management of Company Accounts
• Influencer management in collaboration with the PR team
• Stimulating word-of-mouth on social media and promoting communication with fans

2. Using social media as a starting point, you will maximize all offline and online marketing activities and plan and execute initiatives that drive branding and business results.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in planning, managing, and analyzing the company’s social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X), influencer marketing, and social media campaigns; or experience supporting various social media marketing initiatives; experience in brand building and customer experience design at industry leaders or comparable companies
• Experience serving as a leader or manager responsible for driving projects or business initiatives
• Business-level English proficiency (Guideline: TOEIC score of 750 or higher)

• Experience leading projects for large-scale online stores or digital content development

Annual Salary

• Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 13.5 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 yen – 750,000 yen)
• Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay based on grade, etc. (*All subject to company regulations.)
• Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year; year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
• Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)

*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Working Hours

Flexible work schedule or managerial/supervisory position

• Flexible Work Hours: Standard daily working hours of 8 hours, 1-hour break, core hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, flexible hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; overtime may be required
• Supervisory Position: Generally follows the working hours of the assigned department; specific arrangements are left to the employee’s discretion

Days Off and Leave

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; public holidays are workdays), special leave (8 days granted per half-year, separate from paid vacation), paid vacation, and special leave for family events
