The Global Digital Marketing Department is strengthening the development of proprietary media that consistently communicates the value of this LifeWear and our products, thereby contributing to the business.
As part of this effort, we are seeking talent to plan our global social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X) and drive the work of local managers across all regions.

■Job Description
1. Global-level planning and KPI formulation primarily across the following three areas; planning, execution, operation, and analysis support for content and campaign initiatives by local personnel in each global region
・Managing company accounts
・Influencer management in collaboration with the PR team
・Stimulating organic social media conversations and driving fan engagement
2. Develop and execute strategies that maximize all offline and online marketing activities originating from social media, driving both branding and business impact.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience planning, operating, and analyzing company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X), influencer marketing, social media campaigns, or supporting various social media marketing initiatives ・Experience in brand building or customer experience design at industry leaders or comparable companies
・Experience serving as a leader or manager driving projects or business initiatives
・Business-level English proficiency (Guideline: TOEIC 750 or higher)
*Involves email correspondence, meetings, document creation, presentations, etc., in English

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.56 million - ¥13.5 million (Monthly Salary: ¥410,000 - ¥750,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance based on grade, etc. (※All subject to company regulations.)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

■ Working Hours
Flextime system, or managerial/supervisory role
・Flextime System: Standard daily working hours 8 hours, 1-hour break, Core time 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Flexible time 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Overtime work required
・Supervisory staff: Based on the working hours of the assigned department, determined by the employee

■Holidays & Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays), Special Leave (8 days granted per half-year, separate from paid leave), Paid Leave, Bereavement Leave
