We are striving to realize a new business model called “Information-Driven Retail” to further enhance customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we are globally expanding our live commerce platform “LIVE STATION” and styling app “StyleHint” with the goal of delivering meaningful information centered on LifeWear to a wider audience and providing a new shopping experience.

"LIVE STATION" offers a digital experience that recreates the immersive atmosphere of shopping in a physical store and receiving personalized service from staff, allowing customers to enjoy the process of purchasing clothing.
By integrating online and offline channels—a capability unique to the Fast Retailing Group—we aim to create a new form of live commerce unlike anything seen before.

"StyleHint" aims to create new encounters with clothing through styling and to develop garments that better meet customer desires. We aim to create an unprecedented customer experience that goes beyond a simple app by leveraging physical stores and store staff on a global scale.

We are seeking colleagues who can lead the transformation toward realizing a new, customer-centric company—an “information-manufacturing retailer”—through the growth of these new business services.

■Job Description
As a member of the business development team for ‘LIVE STATION’ and ‘StyleHint’, you will take a broad lead across the entire process—from strategic planning and service implementation to vendor management, data analysis, and execution of initiatives—to grow these services and expand them globally across Fast Retailing Group brands.
This is a valuable and rewarding key position that offers the opportunity to fully leverage the global resources of UNIQLO and the Fast Retailing Group to grow new services.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

・Rolling out services to new countries and supporting operations in existing markets
・Planning and execution of business, marketing, and content strategies—including both online and offline initiatives—to drive service growth
・Rolling out services to Group brands globally, including Japan. Collaborating with marketing and product development teams in each country and for each brand, project-managing strategies and initiatives to ensure the achievement of various KPIs
・Reporting to executive leadership and management
・The Job Description may change within the scope of duties related to various headquarters departments due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Individuals who can take ownership of business challenges and resolve them with strong leadership and commitment
・Individuals with an interest in fashion and clothing
・Business-level English proficiency (Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher)

・Individuals with a background in business planning at strategic consulting firms, trading companies, or operating companies

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 13.5 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 yen – 750,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance; overtime pay provided based on grade
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures above

■ Working Hours
Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible Work Hours: Standard daily working hours of 8 hours, 1-hour break, core hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, flexible hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; overtime work may be required
・Supervisory staff: Working hours are generally based on the department’s schedule and are left to the employee’s discretion

■Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays), special leave (8 days granted per half-year, separate from paid leave), paid leave, and bereavement leave
