Job Description

Background
We are aiming to create a new type of business called "information manufacturing and retailing" in order to enhance customer satisfaction. To this end, we are globally developing "LIVE STATION", a live commerce business, and "StyleHint", a styling application, to deliver meaningful information centered on LifeWear to as many customers as possible and to provide them with a new purchasing experience.

LIVE STATION" is a digital shopping experience that allows users to enjoy shopping for clothes with the realistic experience of shopping in a physical store and being served by the staff.
By linking not only online but also in-store, we aim to create an unprecedented live commerce experience that can only be realized by the Fast Retailing Group.

StyleHint" aims to create an unprecedented customer experience by not only using an app, but also by utilizing actual stores and store staff globally, with the goal of realizing new encounters with clothes through styling and the development of clothes that customers want more of.

We are looking for colleagues who can lead the transformation to realize a new customer-driven company "Information Manufacturing and Retailing" through service growth of these new businesses.

■Job Description
As a member of the business development team for "LIVE STATION" and "StyleHint," you will lead a wide range of activities from strategy planning, service implementation, vendor management, numerical analysis, and implementation of measures in order to grow the services and expand them to the Fast Retailing Group brand and globally. You will be responsible for leading a series of processes from strategy development, service implementation, vendor management, numerical analysis and implementation of measures.
This is an important and challenging position that offers a rare opportunity to fully leverage the global resources of UNIQLO and the Fast Retailing Group to grow new services.

The main responsibilities of this position are as follows.

Rollout of each business to new countries and support of existing countries
Planning and implementation of business, marketing, and content strategies for service growth, including online and offline strategies.
Introducing services to group brands globally, including Japan. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams of each brand in each country, project manage strategies and measures, and implement them to achieve various KPI's.
Reporting to management and executives.
Job Description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental or organizational changes.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership, commitment, and ability to solve business problems.
An interest in fashion and clothing
Business level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above as a guide)
*Email, document writing, telephone communication, etc. in English

■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
Former business planner from a strategy consulting firm, trading company, or business company
Experience in global development and growth of app/web services in e-commerce, retail, apparel, etc.
Experience in planning and managing live commerce

Employment Type
Full-time employee (no fixed term, probationary period (3 months))

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.2 to 12.92 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000 to 720,000 yen)
Allowance: commuting allowance, overtime allowance depending on grade
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (payment or not and amount to be determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined in accordance with our company's regulations based on annual salary and experience in previous positions.

Working hours
Flextime system or management supervisor
Flexible working hours: 8 hours per day, 1 hour break, core hours 9:00-14:00, flexible hours 6:00-9:00, 14:00-20:00, overtime work available
Managers and supervisors: Based on the working hours of their department and left to the employee's decision.

2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are working days), special vacations (8 days each half year, in addition to paid vacations), paid vacation, congratulation or condolence leave
