Job Description
Background
The Global Creative Lab (GCL) is the creative base of the Fast Retailing Group (FR), working with creative teams in Tokyo, New York, Paris, Shanghai, and other cities around the world to improve the branding of the entire FR organization, including UNIQLO. The organization is responsible for improving the branding of FR as a whole, including UNIQLO.
We are looking for a member who will work with us to promote and improve FR's branding on a global scale by strengthening the creative team as an editor.
Job Description
The organizational mission of GCL is to "improve branding" of the entire FR group, so we are promoting all kinds of creativity regardless of scale, from copy for in-store sales promotion materials and shopper design to seasonal campaigns. The following tasks are available, but specific assignments will be considered through the selection process, taking into account your past experience, aspirations, and aptitude.
Various marketing and communication activities related to LifeWear.
Editing LifeWearmagazine.
Planning and organizing LifeWear events in various countries.
Conceptual design of new flagship stores and specific measures.
Participation in the direction of marketing, sales space creation, PR, etc., based on the seasonal theme established in cooperation with the R&D department.
Editing, production, and writing of advertisements, sales promotion materials, and various other productions for various projects.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental changes or reorganization.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Applicants must have any of the following
At least 3 years of experience in editing and copywriting for various productions at a business company (apparel or B-to-C manufacturer), advertising agency, production company, etc.
At least 5 years of experience in production or progress management as a creative director or art director at a business company (apparel or BtoC manufacturer), advertising agency, publishing company, production company, etc.
At least 5 years of experience in planning and progress management of various productions at an advertising agency or PR agency
At least 3 years of experience as an editor at a publishing company (mainly dealing with fashion magazines)
■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
Business English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a good guide)
Please state your TOEIC score (or some other proof of your English ability, or if you are willing to improve your English, please state that as well) at the time of entry.

A lover of fashion, art, design, culture, architecture, and the city.

First year: Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months), (scheduled to switch to permanent employee after the second year)
Annual salary range
Estimated annual salary: 7.2 to 14.94 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000 to 830,000 yen)
Allowance: commuting allowance, overtime allowance depending on grade
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (payment and amount to be determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
