Job Description
Recruitment Background
Fast Retailing (FR) is a global No.1 apparel company from Japan that is transforming its business beyond the framework of a retailer to become a "Digital Consumer Retail Company" with the mission of "changing clothes, changing common sense, and changing the world". As a graphic designer, I am leading the transformation of the apparel industry.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will work with us to promote and improve FR's branding on a global scale by strengthening our creative capabilities.
Outline of the department
Global Creative Lab (GCL) is responsible for improving FR's overall branding, including UNIQLO, in cooperation with creative teams in Tokyo, New York, Paris, Shanghai, and other countries around the world as FR's [creative base].
The organization consists of creative directors, editors, art directors, graphic designers, project managers, and assistants. Several people join the project team on a project-by-project basis and work in collaboration with various departments.
■ Job Description
Since the organizational mission is to "improve branding" of FR, we will handle all kinds of creative work, from shopper design to large-scale seasonal campaigns.
Specifically, we will handle the following, but not limited to, measures to improve brand value.
Various marketing and communication initiatives related to LifeWear.
Editing of LifeWear magazine.
Design of promotional materials for stores, digital, commercials, events, etc.
Planning and management of LifeWear events in various countries.
Conceptual design of new flagship stores and specific measures.

FR Group has several divisions both in Japan and overseas where you can demonstrate your creative skills, such as UNIQLO, GU, and other brands in addition to GCL in Japan. We offer flexible job rotations to ensure optimal performance, while taking into consideration your aspirations and aptitude.

At least 3 years of experience in graphic design at a business company (apparel or BtoC manufacturer), advertising agency, production company, etc.

Work Condition
Company name: Fast Retailing Co.
■ Employment Status: Contract will be as a temporary employee for the first year.
Plans to switch to permanent employee after the next year (no fixed term, probationary period - 3 months)
■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 6.56 million yen - 16.2 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000 yen - 900,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
