Job Description
Background
The Global Creative Lab (GCL) is the creative base of the Fast Retailing Group (FR), working with creative teams in Tokyo, New York, Paris, Shanghai, and other cities around the world to improve the branding of the entire FR organization, including UNIQLO. The GCL is an organization responsible for improving the branding of FR as a whole, including UNIQLO.
We are looking for a leader and general manager who can strongly promote the improvement of FR's branding on a global scale while also managing the team and building the organization at GCL in Tokyo.
Job Description
The mission of the organization is to "improve the branding" of the entire FR group, so the position will handle all types of creative work, regardless of scale, from copy for in-store sales promotion materials and shopper design to seasonal campaigns. Specific assignments will be considered through the selection process, taking into account your past experience, ambitions, and aptitude.

Editing of LifeWear magazine.
Planning and organizing LifeWear events in various countries.
Conceptual design of new flagship stores and specific measures.
Participation in the direction of marketing, sales space creation, PR, etc., based on the seasonal theme established in cooperation with the R&D department.
Editing, production, and writing of advertisements, sales promotion materials, and various productions for various projects.
In addition to art direction for these events, productions, and projects, we expect you to manage the organization and its members.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Candidates who meet any of the following criteria
At least 5 years of experience as a creative director, art director, or editor-in-chief at a business company (apparel or B-to-C manufacturer), advertising agency, publishing company, or production company.
Experience in medium- to long-term strategy planning and organizational development in the creative field
Experience in member management

Business English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above)

Annual salary range: 11,750,000 - 24,390,000 yen (monthly salary: 650,000 - 1,350,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
