Job Description
■Background of Recruitment
Fast Retailing Group is expanding and evolving its e-commerce business by bringing together employees from all over the world to create a new kind of shopping experience that customers truly want. To be the first in the world to realize this basic business principle, we are providing a new purchasing experience in stores and e-commerce based on a deep understanding of what our customers need. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and developing O2O services that combine the "power of digital" with the "power of stores and products" that Fast Retailing Group prides itself on, to create a next-generation purchasing experience. We are looking for a leader candidate.
■Department and Position Overview
The Global Digital Commerce Department, to which you will be assigned, is responsible for the EC business from strategic planning to execution, analyzing market trends and planning product strategies. The O2O (Online to Offline) Promotion Team aims to grow into the world's most trusted apparel brand by developing new products and services based on numerical results and customer feedback, in addition to considering the optimal product mix from the customer's perspective and planning for no product shortages. The O2O (Online to Offline) team will create a cutting-edge shopping experience by connecting EC, the "largest global flagship store," and more than 3,500 physical stores worldwide, to achieve accelerated business expansion.
■ Business Description
We will provide an innovative and seamless purchasing experience that meets the needs of our customers by leveraging both physical and online store channels. We will not only develop new services, but also lead the way in transforming the way stores (sales staff) work, expand the app membership base starting from stores, and revitalize the use of EC stores.
(1) Plan and build new services and customer experiences that integrate stores and EC
(2) Develop and expand the new services/customer experiences established in (1) above to group companies and global countries.
(3) Education of stores (sales staff) and creation of mechanisms for company-wide business transformation and establishment
Assignments at the time of hiring will be considered based on individual strengths and aspirations.
The main mission is to "propose and realize new purchasing experiences starting from the customer's needs. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the planning and design of fundamental business transformations and new services through cross-departmental information collaboration, without being bound by existing frameworks and system configurations.

Experience in either (1) or (2)
1) Experience in business planning and project management at a B2C company or consulting firm
Experience in leading projects involving sales departments or physical stores (sales staff) and achieving high goals
Japanese language skills: Business level or above (JLPT N1 or above). Level of ability to lead internal and external discussions and preparation of documents
■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
English: Business level or above (TOEIC 700 or above)
Experience working in a retail company in a brick-and-mortar store
Experience in either (1) or (2)

Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (payment and amount to be determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
