This position is for a VMD Stylist at our global headquarters who will communicate the "LifeWear" concept through UNIQLO's store spaces. You will plan and develop styling and display methods that match the individuality and regional characteristics of each store, and maximize the appeal of products from a creative perspective to realize the evolution of the customer's purchasing experience.

■Department Overview
The VMD team of the Global IMD Department, to which you will be assigned, is responsible for visual merchandising at UNIQLO stores worldwide. By designing spaces and displaying products in a way that makes it easy for customers to see, choose, and buy, the team is responsible for creating stores that are both appealing to customers and maximize sales. In addition to concept design for approximately 2,500 stores worldwide, we also plan special events at global flagship stores and provide VMD training for employees in Japan and overseas, thereby communicating "LifeWear" through store spaces throughout the world.

■ Job Description
As a VMD stylist at the global headquarters, you will be responsible for the development of styling, VMD planning, creation, and execution of styling on mannequins and in-store window displays at UNIQLO stores around the world. Examples of your work will be as follows

Styling development: Developing styling and creating guidelines that balance the "LifeWear" concept and fashion trends.
VMD planning: Create VMD plans for the entire season in collaboration with the MD Department, R&D Department, Marketing Department, and the Sales Department, which is responsible for store operations.
VMD training: Planning, execution, guidance and support of VMD training for stores and employees in Japan and overseas
Flagship store initiatives: Planning of styling, display, and in-store initiatives for global flagship stores
New store launches: Styling and display creation for new store launches around the world.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience as a VMD stylist in the apparel industry
Experience in leading styling and display for store staff and supervisors

Ability to verbalize, organize, and convey the main points of his/her own plans and deliverables.
Outstanding creativity in styling and VMD development

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 4,560,000-8,480,000 yen (monthly salary: 300,000-530,000 yen)
