We are seeking a candidate to serve as the Diversity Promotion Lead at GHQ (Global Headquarters) who can drive the development of organizational structures and a culture that enable a more diverse workforce to fully utilize their abilities.Department Overview

- Planning, executing, and promoting the FR Group’s diversity strategy
- Fostering an understanding of diversity throughout the company to cultivate a more culturally diverse environment
- Formulating policies and frameworks to promote diversity in each region and country, as well as identifying relevant initiatives and providing advice
- Conducting internal and external public relations activities

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- Candidates who have been involved in transformation projects—such as those promoting diversity, sustainability, or human resources—at a business corporation or consulting firm
- Individuals who can share the same perspective as executives and tackle challenges as key drivers of change
- Individuals with excellent judgment who can respect each and every employee on the front lines while pursuing an ideal vision
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- Management or hands-on experience and knowledge related to diversity initiatives
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Practical experience in human resources or training
- A TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or the ability to communicate in English without difficulty in a business setting
- International experience, knowledge, and understanding of multicultural issues are a plus
