Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation of its e-commerce business, moving away from it being just one of its retail businesses to becoming its core e-commerce business, with the entire world working together. We are looking for a member or a leader candidate who can promote these activities.

Outline of the Department
The Global EC Business Strategy Team, to which this position is assigned, is the global headquarters for the EC business, and is responsible for discovering issues in the group and global EC business, and implementing action plans and solutions based on these findings. Data Analysts are responsible for developing data infrastructure, analyzing data, and proposing improvements with the aim of resolving issues for the entire global EC business. This position handles data related to EC on a scale of several hundred billion yen, and can contribute to management decision-making.

Job Description
Design, tabulation, and analysis from the definition of requirements for analysis necessary to solve problems.
Collecting, cleansing, and pre-processing data for analysis
Data preparation for analysis, database construction
Visualization and reporting of data
Communication and presentation with stakeholders

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
At least 1 year of experience in data extraction and processing using R/Python/SQL, etc.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and data warehousing
Experience using BI tools for data processing and extraction
Experience in using BI tools, processing and extracting data.
Fluency in English is not required at this point. We will provide an environment where you can learn in the actual work and support to get used to English.
No EC-related experience is required.

Annual salary range: 6.56-12 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000-620,000 yen)
