■Department Overview
The Global E-Commerce Management Strategy Team, where this position is assigned, serves as the global headquarters for the e-commerce business. It identifies challenges within the Group's global e-commerce operations and drives the execution of action plans and solutions based on these findings. As a Data Analyst, you will work to solve challenges across the entire global e-commerce business by establishing data infrastructure, conducting data analysis, and proposing improvements. This position involves handling e-commerce data on a scale of hundreds of billions of yen and contributes to management decision-making.

■Responsibilities
・Define requirements, design, aggregate, and analyze data necessary for problem-solving
・Collect, cleanse, and preprocess data for analysis
・Preparing data for analysis and building databases
・Data visualization and report creation
・Communication and presentations with stakeholders

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 1 year of practical experience in data extraction and processing using R/Python/SQL, etc.
・Experience utilizing cloud infrastructure and data warehouses
・Experience in utilizing, building, processing, and extracting data using BI tools
・Ability to proactively engage in a work environment where English is used daily
*Current fluency is not required. We provide an environment for learning on the job and support to help you become comfortable with English.
*E-commerce experience is not required.

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.56 million to ¥12 million (Monthly Salary: ¥410,000 to ¥620,000)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
