Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation of its e-commerce business, moving away from it being just one of its retail businesses to becoming its core e-commerce business, with the entire world working together. We are looking for a member or a leader candidate who can promote these activities.

■Department and Position Overview
In the Corporate Strategy Team of the global headquarters of the EC business, this position is responsible for planning and preparing budgets and mid-term business plans for the entire global EC business, and managing actual results in cooperation with the EC business managers in each country.
As the core of the business, this position provides dynamic experience in promoting the business as the main person in charge of the business division amidst a considerable scale of investment.

■Business Description
This position is responsible for discovering issues in the global EC business and EC business in each country, creating implementation plans based on these plans, and promoting the resolution of issues, leading to decision-making by management, and playing an execution role as a PMO function.
Job Description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental transfers and organizational changes.

Career Path
Depending on your skills and experience, we would like you to work as a management strategy team leader, EC manager of overseas EC business, or EC business manager of each country.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in analytical work using SQL
Experience in using and processing/extracting BI tools
Language skills (business level English, native level Japanese)

Experience in data analysis, or at least 5 years of experience working in corporate planning or strategy department of a business company
Programming experience
Experience in data warehouse construction

Annual salary range: 8 to 14.94 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000 to 830,000 yen)
