■Department Overview
The Global E-Commerce Management Strategy Team, to which this position belongs, serves as the global headquarters for the e-commerce business. It identifies challenges within the Group’s global e-commerce operations and drives the implementation of action plans and solutions based on these findings. As a Data Analyst, you will work to resolve challenges across the entire global e-commerce business by developing data infrastructure, conducting data analysis, and proposing improvements. This role involves handling e-commerce data on a scale of hundreds of billions of yen and contributes to executive decision-making.

・Defining analysis requirements, designing, aggregating, and analyzing data to solve business challenges
・Collecting, cleansing, and preprocessing data for analysis

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least one year of practical experience in data extraction and processing using R, Python, SQL, etc.
・Experience using cloud infrastructure and data warehouses
・Experience in building, processing, and extracting data using BI tools
・Someone who is willing to actively engage in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis
*Fluency is not required at this stage. We provide an environment where you can learn on the job, as well as support to help you become comfortable with English.
*Experience in e-commerce is not required.

・Annual Salary Range: 6.56–12.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000–620,000 yen)
