■Department Overview
The Global E-Commerce Management Strategy Team, to which this position belongs, serves as the global headquarters for the e-commerce business. It identifies challenges facing the Group’s global e-commerce operations and drives the implementation of action plans and solutions based on these findings. As a Data Analyst, you will work to resolve challenges across the entire global e-commerce business by developing data infrastructure, conducting data analysis, and proposing improvements. This role involves handling e-commerce-related data on a scale of hundreds of billions of yen and contributes to executive decision-making.

■Job Responsibilities
・Defining analysis requirements necessary for problem-solving, followed by design, aggregation, and analysis
・Collecting, cleansing, and preprocessing data for analysis
・Preparing data for analysis and building databases
・Data visualization and report creation
・Communication with stakeholders and presentations

・At least one year of practical experience in data extraction and processing using R, Python, SQL, etc.
・Experience using cloud infrastructure and data warehouses
・Experience using, configuring, processing, and extracting data with BI tools
・Candidates who are willing to actively engage in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis

・Annual Salary Range: 6.56–12.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000–620,000 yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
