Job Description

Background
Fast Retailing Group aims to "change clothes, change common sense, and change the world" under the concept of LifeWear, and will continue to expand its business across countries. Fast Retailing Group is seeking an HR Business Partner for Theory, which is in the midst of business transformation, to take on the challenge of transforming Theory's brand and drive its growth, while taking a "people and organization" approach. The successful candidate will be in charge of HR for Theory's Japanese subsidiary, Link Theory Japan.

Theory is a fashion brand for contemporary women founded in New York in 1997. Theory's concept is "basics with a subtle trendy feel," and the comfortable fit of its stretch fabrics creates a beautiful silhouette. In addition to Theory, the Theory business includes Theory MEN, theory luxe, and Helmut Lang.

■ Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will be in charge of all departments of Link Theory Japan's headquarters or the sales department (stores). Your counterparts will be directors, department managers, and leaders, and you will be responsible for strengthening the organization and developing human resources to realize the departmental strategy while maintaining close communication with the management members of the department you are in charge of. The specific duties vary depending on the department in charge, but they include the following.

Designing the organization and allocating human resources to realize the departmental strategy
Planning and execution of personnel planning (internal transfers, external hires)
Planning and execution of personnel transfers that balance the company's business needs and individual career needs
Planning and execution of career plans for each individual to understand and visualize human resource evaluation and development
Measuring organizational climate and engagement, planning and executing solutions to issues discovered
Labor-related support, etc.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in human resources at a business company.
High communication skills to communicate with all employees in the company without any barriers.
Able to make proposals for essential solutions to problems, without being bound by theory or existing frameworks, while staying close to the issues on the frontlines
Able to proactively obtain information and solve problems.
Able to multi-task with a sense of urgency

■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
Experience in human resources in the retail or service industry
English proficiency (not required, but a good command of English is a prerequisite)

Employment Type
Full-time employee (no fixed term, probationary period (3 months))

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 6.72-11.7 million yen (monthly salary: 300,000-650,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
