Recruitment Background
We have achieved 3 trillion yen in sales, and now we have positioned this period as our "fourth founding", aiming to achieve 10 trillion yen in sales and become the most beloved brand and the most needed company by customers around the world.
In order to realize our goals, it is essential that we abandon our old ways of doing things and create new business models and ways of working. It is also necessary that we fundamentally rethink our organizational structure and dramatically raise the standard of work we demand of our employees. Fast Retailing's HR is now required not only to conceive of these ideas, but also to involve stakeholders, implement them on their own, and lead the company's organizational transformation.
We are looking for someone who can work with us to promote unprecedented structural and organizational human resource transformation not only in Japan, but also in other countries and regions around the world.

■Duties and Responsibilities
As the Global Head Quarter (GHQ), our Japan Headquarters is required to strongly drive the business growth of the FR Group and its brands on a global scale, with approximately 3,600 stores spread across Asia, Europe, and the United States. In addition, in order to promote company-wide structural transformation, it is necessary to constantly evolve the "people" who are the driving force behind the transformation, as well as the "organizational structure and form.
In this recruitment, we are particularly looking for candidates to engage in work related to the "global transformation of people and organizations. We expect that you will not be limited to a specific job or role, but will be able to promote the entire process from problem design to problem solving from a manager's viewpoint and perspective on issues related to organizations and people.

Specific Job Descriptions
The following duties are expected to be assigned. Specifically, you will be assigned to one of the teams, and will work hands-on to promote reforms. The team and mission will be determined through the selection process, based on your preferences and ambitions.
As an HR business partner, you will lead global organizational enhancement and human resource development to realize the company's corporate and business strategies.
As a global HR partner, lead the planning, operational design, and on-site implementation of an optimal HR system on a global level.
Lead global HR transformation projects (BPR, offshoring, shared services)
As a recruiter, lead the process from planning to execution to acquire excellent human resources from Japan and overseas who will drive the transformation.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities
The candidate must be able to solve problems from the same perspective as the management and be a change agent.
As an HR person, you must have the integrity to interact directly with employees from diverse backgrounds and build trusting relationships with them.
A sense of balance to understand both management's perspective and an employee's viewpoint, and the ability to think and make the right decisions on your own.

■Welcome skills and experience
Experience in business planning or business planning at a business company, and experience in promoting problem-solving.
Experience in a consulting firm, where you have promoted solutions to client companies' management issues.
TOEIC score of 700 or above

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.2-20 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-1 million yen)

Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
