Retail Associate / Senior Retail Associate / Retail Supervisor

Our top priority is making sure our customers are satisfied, and you'll be an essential part of making that happen! You'll be at the forefront of the business to engage closely with customers to answer any questions they may have and provide top-notch service. From greeting customers with a warm "Welcome to UNIQLO!" to making sure our stocks are available and operations run smoothly, you'll be an integral part of the team. In this role, you'll learn valuable skills in-store operations, product handling, sales, cash management, customer service, and teamwork.

Job Description The Retail Supervisor is required to act as Uniqlo’s brand ambassador with a strong understanding of UNIQLO’s basic policies and can handle in-store operations at high service and productivity levels. S/he acts as a role model to other members within the team and acts as a trainer to educate other staff. S/he also takes leadership to manage the business and store in his/her responsibility division appointed. The Senior Retail Associate is required to act as Uniqlo’s brand ambassador with a strong understanding of UNIQLO’s basic policies and can handle in-store operations at high service and productivity levels. S/he acts as a role model to other members within the team and acts as a trainer to educate other staff. S/he also takes leadership to manage the business and store in his/her responsibility division appointed. The Retail Associate is required to act as Uniqlo’s brand ambassador with a strong understanding of UNIQLO’s basic policies and can handle in-store operations at high service and productivity levels.

Job Responsibility

Retail Associate
Leadership
  • Take the lead to ensure positive shopping experience for customers by acting as a role model and educating the other team members
  • Perform day to day operational tasks with strong presence and high efficiency
Staff Development
  • Thoroughly understands company’s corporate philosophy and directions and sets as an example putting into practice in their day to day work
  • Builds good personal relationship within the team
  • Act as a trainer in the store for daily operational tasks
Acting Store Manager
  • Able to serve as acting manager for specific time period
  • Able to train global staff in accordance to company’s policy when dealing with global staff member or visiting global store
Customer Service
  • Able to provide good customer service, paying attention to customers and actively approaching when they need help
  • Well equipped with basic customer service skills and knowledge of the sales floor and products to answer customers’ inquiries
  • Manages customer touch points (cashiering and fitting room) well with high level of customer service and productivity
Sales Floor Management
  • Takes initiatives to always maintain comfortable & convenient shopping environment for the customers which is clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
  • Manages promotional materials and in store displays based on company direction
Sales & Inventory Management
  • Create and execute sales plan of division of responsibility along with the guidance of store manager including
    • inventory management
    • sales floor planning
    • sales performance review
