Muhammad Jordan

Store Manager

I graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with a double degree in International Business Management. I have always been passionate about fashion and how it has the power to change everyday things for the better. That's when I decided to join the UNIQLO Management Candidate Program in 2022. My main motivation for joining this program was to be able to contribute to UNIQLO’s global movement of creating and delivering clothing that significantly improves our everyday lives. Currently, I am assigned as a Store Manager in the Bekasi area. And so far, my 2-year journey at UNIQLO has been filled with challenges, growth, insights, and most importantly, the satisfaction of supporting the Indonesian society.

My most rewarding experience

I have learned that the most rewarding experiences come not from my personal accomplishments, but from the accomplishments of my team members. It fills me with joy to hear them say that they could do something with a better result, or that they could help customers with their holiday shopping. In the end, the teamwork and collective result is the ultimate rewarding experience.

My best advice for you

Be brave and take decisions into your own hands. Build the future with everyone on your team. And have the greatest vision for the future.

Aliftya Rizky

Store Manager

I graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. My experience as a UNIQLO customer drove me to join the UMC program. My first store as a UMC was located in Senayan City, which is considered one of the busiest areas in Indonesia. This experience was really challenging yet valuable for me. In 2024, two years after I joined this program, I got the opportunity to open a new store at UNIQLO Aeon Mall Deltamas as a Store Manager. I must say that I have grown a lot from my first day as a UMC to now as a Store Manager. I am really grateful for the opportunities given by the company and excited for more challenges!

My most rewarding experience

I must say that my most rewarding experience is when I am able to open a new store in the Cikarang area. By opening a new store in a new area, I am able to share LifeWear with more people. Since I joined the company, the idea of LifeWear has continued to grow and resonate within me and I am happy to share it with everyone.

My best advice for you

Take on every challenge you face with great courage and do your best to achieve the best results you can!

Muhammad Adjam

Area Manager

I graduated from Brawijaya University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. As a high-achieving student at that time, I have a great motivation to work in international companies and integrate multicultural understanding in my daily work. Among all the offer letters, UNIQLO is the one that I feel is in line with my value in life. That is to enrich people's lives through our business. In the past 6 years, I have been involved in several assignments as Store Operations. From opening new stores in Bali and Lombok, managing the highest sales store and becoming Area Manager of remote stores. I have thoroughly enjoyed every assignment. Not only because it's challenging for my career. But also, because I feel I grow with each person I work with, both in the stores and at the head office. For me, this is what makes working at UNIQLO more enjoyable every day!

My most rewarding experience

For me, the most rewarding experience is when I see my team members grow more both as people and professionals. Especially as we have expanded so much in remote stores, making my staff able to work as UNIQLO standards, a global brand standard, and seeing their lives changed by working in this company really makes me happy. It was also related to how we increase brand awareness to all people through our stores and products. If they like it and they can use it timelessly. It becomes my motivation to work in this company.

My best advice for you

Never work just for the paycheck. Be authentic and sincere. It will change your life for the better, and the lives of millions of others who work with you.

Fanisa Ganeswara

Block Leader

I graduated with a Bachelor of Economic from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2015. I am always happy to meet new people and work with big group. It's a great opportunity for me to join as UMC program in September 2015, right after I graduated. After 2 years being UMC, I promoted to become brand new Store Manager at one of Jakarta store then in 2019 company give another challenge to me that I become Area Manager for Bandung. UNIQLO never stop to give new opportunity for me, because in 2024 I promoted to become Block Leader for CENTRAL Jakarta. It was a very pleasant journey to become part of UMC.

My most rewarding experience

Nearly 10 years as a part of UNIQLO, my most rewarding experience has been seeing how this company builds the skills and commitment of its employees. I have seen team members grow and take on new responsibilities. This not only enhances individual careers but also fosters a collaborative and innovative environment.

My best advice for you

Embrace a growth mindset - be open to learning and adapting, and don't be afraid to share your ideas!

Connie Panjaitan

E-Commerce Manager

I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Institute Technology of Bandung in 2008. My interest always come from creating something new to improve people's life. I got the opportunity to join the 1st UMC program in December 2012 and prepare for the launch of 1st UNIQLO store in Indonesia. After expanding store in Jakarta area, in 2017 I moved to USA as Area Manager in San Francisco and I continued to move to Japan and trained in e-commerce for almost 2 years. Finally, in 2021 I moved back to Indonesia and launched the UNIQLO e-commerce Indonesia so we can reach customers nationwide. It was a wonderful journey to be part of UNIQLO's expansion, and how we integrate people's lives through store and e-commerce. My most rewarding experience

Over 10+ years of journey with the company, my most rewarding experience is when I can see people grow in their lives, customers enjoy shopping anytime anywhere, and the team members I work with are able to expand their responsibilities. This is my source of strength and happiness to work in the company.

Unlock your potential by staying motivated and working hard with us, in the end it can definitely change your life.

Rheza Rahardi

Store Manager UNIQLO Spain

I graduated from the Institute of Technology Bandung with a major in Interior Design. In 2013, I joined Fast Retailing Indonesia as a UMC. During my time with the company, I played a key role in the expansion efforts, contributing to the opening of the second and third stores in Indonesia. I was also instrumental in opening the first store outside of Jakarta, including the first store on the Bali island, which marked our presence outside of Java.

Over the years, I have progressed through various roles from UMC to Store Manager, Area Manager and finally Block Leader in Indonesia. I am now excited to take on an international role as Store Manager of UNIQLO store in Spain, where I look forward to bringing my experience and expertise to a new market.

My most rewarding experience

One of the most rewarding experiences during my time in the UMC program was not only achieving sales and profit targets, but also playing a crucial role in developing people into business leaders, which was essential for Fast Retailing Indonesia's expansion. It was incredibly fulfilling to see our brand grow in recognition across Indonesia and to see the joy on the faces of our customers in our stores. A particular highlight was leading the first store in Indonesia to become a top 6 store globally, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.

My best advice for you

Set clear and specific goals. Stay positive and always be willing to invest in your next steps and have high hopes for the future. The work may not always be easy, but with these principles in mind, it will be worth it. Remember to enjoy the process along the way!
