■部署概要
配属予定の情報セキュリティ室は、「セキュリティを変え、世界中のお客様に安心してお買い物をして頂ける環境を作り、従業員に安全に業務を遂行できる環境を提供すること」をミッションとするCSO直轄組織です。グローバルヘッドクオーターとして海外現地のISO組織とも密に連携しながら業務を進めている他、日本に所属するメンバーの半数も外国籍人材であり、ダイバーシティに富んだ環境です。少数精鋭組織であるため経営層との距離が近く、フラットな風土も特徴の一つです。

■職務内容
・各種プロジェクトにおけるセキュリティコントロールの評価、レビュー
・セキュリティリスク評価基準の策定・見直し、セキュリティリスク評価プロセスの構築
・セキュリティリスク評価ツールの策定・見直し
・個人情報/機密情報の取り扱いに係る業務プロセスの評価、レビュー
・個人情報/機密情報の取り扱いを委託する協力会社さまの情報取り扱い状況の確認・是正
・PCI/DSS準拠状況の確認・是正
・上記セキュリティリスク評価に関するルール、評価方法等に関する教育の実施
・上記施策のグローバル展開
・その他、会社のリスク管理のための情報セキュリティ関連業務

The Digital Business Transformation Services Department, being at the very core of achieving our goals by not only promoting globalization, cloud migration, and mobilization using the leading-edge technology, is the proactive IT itself.

■About Information Security Office (ISO)
The Information Security Office (ISO) is an organization under the direct control of our CSO with the mission of "changing security, creating a safe shopping environment for customers around the world, and providing a safe work environment for employees”. As the global headquarters, we work closely with local ISO organizations overseas, and half the members in Japan are foreign nationals, creating an environment rich in diversity. The small number of members allows for a close relationship with top management, and the flat culture is also one of the characteristics.

■Responsibilities
For the position of business analyst (risk assessment), you will be involved on security risk assessment matters across Fast Retailing Group globally, and will be responsible for the following areas:
・Security control assessment for each PJ
・Establish of security risk assessment standard and process
・Establish of security risk assessment tool
・Training to raise information security awareness
・Support business process design to embed security controls within business operation
・Conducting vendor assessments regarding information security and defining the required countermeasures. Confirmation of the progress status until its completion
・Conducting PCI/DSS assessment, defining the required countermeasures and confirming the progress status until its completion
・Training to understand security risk assessment work and its rules
・Implementation of the above items to all brands globally
・Other information security related works requested by the Company
※The duties may be changed within the scope of work related to the headquarters department as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

■Minimum Qualifications
・Experience in Business Operation Establishment
・Analytical ability to calculate material risks from a business perspective and encourage the stakeholders to make effective improvements
・Ability in communication and negotiation to explain in appropriate and easy-to-understand expressions for the target audience
・Ability to read and understand official documents such as providing by government agency
・Smooth communication skills in English (TOEIC 800, verbal, written, presentation)
・Smooth communication skills in Japanese(JLPT N1 Level is preferred)

■Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in any of the security risk assessment-related work described in the above "Job Description"
・Information security related qualifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.)
・Knowledge in the retail business industry
・Chinese skills (Business level)
