■部署概要
デジタル業務改革サービス部は、常にお客様視点で業務の”あるべき姿”を定義し、最新のIT技術を活用した業務改革をリード、実現することをミッションとしています。”有明プロジェクト”実現のため、EC・店舗システムの他、サプライチェーンを中心とする基幹システムの内製開発も加速度的に進めており、プロジェクトマネージャーの他、内製開発エンジニア、データサイエンティスト、UI/UXデザイナーなど、幅広い職種の人材が活躍しています。内製開発チームには約100名のエンジニアが所属し、フロントエンド、バックエンド、DevOps、QAE、アーキテクト等が一体となり、グループ・グローバル最適なサービスを提供するため邁進しています。

■職務内容
・B2C ECサイト開発におけるチーム横断的な開発プロセスの標準化
・アジャイル開発、QA、Staging / 本番リリース、DevOps など一連のワークフロー調整
・要件面のプロジェクトマネージャ / プロダクトマネージャと連携し、グローバル各国向け開発スケジュールの優先順位とロードマップ調整
・マイクロサービス環境における各種開発チーム間の技術的課題の調整、解決
・エンジニアリングチーム間のファシリテーション、コミュニケーション促進
・外注開発部分における予算管理、メトリクス管理
・エンジニアの成長を助けるエンパワメントやキャリア・ディベロップメント (シニアレベルのみ)

■Position Background
Fast Retailing co., ltd. will transform our business format into a “Digital Consumer Retail Company” to provide new services to our customers, regardless of the framework of retail business. The Digital Business Transformation Services Department, being at the very core of achieving our goals by not only promoting globalization, cloud migration, and mobilization using the leading-edge technology, is the proactive IT itself. We are looking for Technical Program Managers (Tech PM) who synchronize teams horizontally toward release of services, and resolve issues that contradict each other sometimes.

■About “Digital Business Transformation Services Department”
The mission of the Digital Business Transformation Services Department is to define the "ideal" form of business from the customer's perspective and to lead and realize business innovation using the latest IT technologies. In order to realize the "Ariake Project", in addition to EC and store systems, in-house development of enterprise systems is also being promoted at an accelerated pace. In addition to project managers, we have a wide range of professionals including in-house engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers. The in-house development team has about 100 members, including front-end engineers, back-end engineers, DevOps, QA engineers, architects, etc., working together to provide the best services for the group and globally.

■Responsibilities
・Standardize cross-functional engineering process within developing B2C EC sites
・Establish / coordinate workflows of agile development, QA, staging / production releases, and DevOps
・Establish / coordinate global release roadmap and prioritization with collaborating Project Manager / Product Manager who is at business / product side
・Resolve cross-functional technical issues on microservices architecture, minimizing risks
・Facilitate communication between engineering teams
・partner company management based on budget and metrics
・(Senior-level only) Empowerment and career development to help engineer to grow up
※The duties may be changed within the scope of work related to the headquarters department as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

■必要な経験・スキル・能力
・B2C 系サービスにおける 10人以上のエンジニアチームでのハンズオン開発or運用経験 2-3年以上
　(Web frontend / Native app / Backend / DevOps / QAE のいずれか。種類は問いません)
・英語でのコミュニケーションが必要とされるエンジニア業務の調整・リード経験
・ロジカルに複雑な技術的課題を整理し、根本的な原因を特定し、解決した経験
・日本語ネイティブ + 英語 TOEIC 800 点以上、もしくは英語ネイティブ + JLPT N1 相当

・AWS、GCPなどの主要クラウドサービスでのクラウド利用経験

■Minimum Qualifications
・Hands-on code writing or operation for 2-3years for B2C / Web services in engineering team with 10+ people
　(Either web frontend / native app / backend / devops or QA)
・Based on English communication, lead / coordinated experience of engineering tasks
・Resolved logically complicated technical issues with identifying root cause
・Language … (English native + JLPT N1 or Japanese) or (Japanese native + TOEIC 800pts or more)

■Preferred Qualifications
・Presentation experience regarding engineering at public meetup
・Experience in using the Cloud of main cloud providers such as AWS, GCP.
・Experience in building frameworks, or libraries, commonly/generally used.
・Experience in building and operating a large-scale web service.
・Experience in building and operating a supply chain of production, logistics, etc.
・Experience in co-working both with in-house and outsourced engineers
・Knowledge of automation technology such as continuous integration and continuous deployment.
・Experience and understanding of test methodologies and quality control.
・Experience in Agile development
・Experience in developing a distributed system, high-level parallel processing system, or high availability system.
