■職務内容
グラフィックT-Shirtsをメインに、UTが扱っているアイテムのデザインをして頂きます。
また、UTをよりよくする為に素材や加工のリサーチ、他部署と連動し働いて頂きます。
企画の資料、プレゼンボード作成などもし、最終の商品完成から商売までにも責任を持ってご担当頂きます。

■Position Background
UNIQLO's T-shirt brand UT, launched in 2007, is a tool for self-expression that allows you to freely express and convey your individuality. We collaborate with artists who are active around the world and offer a wide range of seasonal pop culture content including art, music, movies, manga, anime, and more. Would you like to join us to create the world's No. 1 T-shirt brand with UT?
■Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing items that UT handles, mainly graphic T-shirts.
In addition, you will research fabrics and printing techniques and work in conjunction with other departments to improve UT.
You will also be responsible for everything from final completion of products to sales, including creating documents for projects and presentation boards, etc.
*The duties may be changed within the scope of work related to the headquarters department as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes
■Career Development
After working as a designer at UT, depending on your aspirations and aptitude, you may be able to work as a manager of the UT design team or be transferred to another design team or department to expand your field as a designer.

■必要な知識/能力/経験
・ファッション系アパレルブランドで、実際にアパレル商品のグラフィックデザインの経験がある。
・グラフィックデザインの経験がある。（実務経験 ３年以上）
・グラフィック関連ソフト（フォトショップ・イラストレーター）が、一通り問題なく使える。
（ワード・エクセルが使えれば、尚可）
・Tシャツボディへの知識や、素材知識のある方大歓迎
■望ましい知識/能力/経験
・日常英会話以上希望

・Have experience in graphic design. (Work experience: 3 years or more)
・Able to use graphics-related software (Photoshop, Illustrator) without any problems.
(Advanced experience with Word and Excel is desirable)
・Those with knowledge of T-shirt bodies and fabrics are desirable.
■Preferred Qualifications
・Daily English conversation level or above preferred
