■部署概要
デジタル業務改革サービス部は、常にお客様視点で業務の”あるべき姿”を定義し、最新のIT技術を活用した業務改革をリード、実現することをミッションとしています。”有明プロジェクト”実現のため、EC・店舗システムの他、サプライチェーンを中心とする基幹システムの内製開発も加速度的に進めており、プロジェクトマネージャーの他、内製開発エンジニア、データサイエンティスト、UI/UXデザイナーなど、幅広い職種の人材が活躍しています。その中でも、アプリケーションエンジニアはシステム構築・運用の中核として、システムの基本設計から実際の構築、テストからサービスローンチ、運用までを一貫して担当しています。

■職務内容
職種は以下の通りです。会社の規模拡大に伴い、活躍の場は幅広くあります。

・エンタープライズアプリケーション開発エンジニア
主にサプライチェーン・自動倉庫などの生産・物流・配送高度化の開発および運用に携わって頂きます。またSAP製品(S/4 HANA Finance、CAR、PI etc)を活用した基幹システムの開発・運用を行っていただきます。

・データ連携・ETL開発エンジニア
クラウド上に実現したグローバル企業間データ統合・データ連携のシステム構築・拡大に携わっていただきます。

・データレイク開発エンジニア
ファーストリテイリンググループのビッグデータを一元管理するデータレイク及びデータ連携の設計・開発に携わっていただきます。

・ファーストリテイリング共通グローバル基盤開発エンジニア
クラウド上で実現した共通サービスとして全社展開しているバッチ処理基盤、データ連携基盤、認証認可基盤などの内製開発、および開発したプロダクトの業務アプリケーションへの展開に携わっていただきます。

・ECバックエンドエンジニア
マイクロサービスアーキテクチャで構築したECプラットフォーム群の設計・開発・グローバル展開に携わっていただきます。

・ECフロントエンドエンジニア (Web)
React/Reduxベースで構築したECフロントエンドの設計・開発・グローバル展開に携わっていただきます。

・UI/UXエンジニア (Web/App)
React/Flutterベースで構築したUI/UXコンポーネントの設計・開発・拡張に携わっていただきます。

※職務内容は、部署異動及び組織変更により、本部各部署に関連する業務の範囲で変更となる場合があります。

■Position Background
Fast Retailing co., ltd. will transform our business format into a “Digital Consumer Retail Company” to provide new services to our customers, regardless of the framework of retail business. The Digital Business Transformation Services Department, being at the very core of achieving our goals by not only promoting globalization, cloud migration, and mobilization using the leading-edge technology, is the proactive IT itself. We are looking for an in-house development engineer to work on our various systems to deliver the best services around the world.

■About “Digital Business Transformation Services Department”
The mission of the Digital Business Transformation Services Department is to define the "ideal" form of business from the customer's perspective and to lead and realize business innovation using the latest IT technologies. In order to realize the "Ariake Project", in addition to EC and store systems, in-house development of enterprise systems is also being promoted at an accelerated pace. In addition to project managers, we have a wide range of professionals including in-house engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers. Application engineers play a core role in system construction and operation, and are in charge of everything from basic system design to construction, testing, service launch, and operation.

■Responsibilities
The sub-categories are below. You will find many opportunities to play an active role with the scale expansion of the company.

・Enterprise Application Development Engineer
You will mainly engage in development and operation to achieve advanced production, logistics, and delivery for the supply chains and automated warehouses. In addition, you will develop and operate a core system that makes use of SAP products (S/4 HANA Finance, CAR, PI, etc.).

・Data Linkage/ETL Development Engineer
You will engage in building and expanding systems for global intercompany data integration/data linkage on the Cloud.

・Fast Retailing Common Global Infrastructure Development Engineer
You will engage in in-house development of batch processing infrastructure, data linkage infrastructure, and authentication/authorization infrastructure that have been deployed as the company-wide common service on the Cloud, as well as deployment of developed products into business applications.

・Data Lake Development Engineer
You will engage in designing and developing data lakes and data linkages that perform an integrated management of FAST RETAILING Group's big data.

・EC Backend Engineer
You will engage in designing, development, and global rollout of EC platforms built with microservice architecture.

・EC Frontend Engineer (Web)
You will engage in designing, development, and global rollout of EC Frontend built based on React/Redux.

・UI/UX Engineer (Web/App)
You will engage in in designing, development, and expansion of UIUX component development based on React/Flutter.

※The duties may be changed within the scope of work related to the headquarters department as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

■Minimum Qualifications
・Passion for IT technology, Sincere attitude toward problem solving, Positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and flexible thinking.
・Logical thinking. Ability to understand an intention and background, and to lead to solving problems regardless of language.
・Excellent communication skills in Japanese or English.
・At least 5 years of experience in programming (Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, etc.).
・At least 5 years of experience in system basic design, detailed design and testing.
・At least 3 years of experience in system operation.

■Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in development/operation of API, Batch, etc., for B2C.
・Experience in building and operating business systems in Fashion Apparel industry or EC,
・Experience in using the Cloud of main cloud providers such as AWS, GCP.
・Experience as a lead engineer in a multinational team.
・Experience in building frameworks, or libraries, commonly/generally used.
・Experience in building and operating a large-scale web service.
・Experience in building and operating a supply chain of production, logistics, etc.
・Experience in developing and operating together with an external partner and system integrator.
・Knowledge of automation technology such as continuous integration and continuous deployment.
・Experience and understanding of test methodologies and quality control.
