■部署概要
配属予定の情報セキュリティ室は、「セキュリティを変え、世界中のお客様に安心してお買い物をして頂ける環境を作り、従業員に安全に業務を遂行できる環境を提供すること」をミッションとするCSO直轄組織です。グローバルヘッドクオーターとして海外現地のISO組織とも密に連携しながら業務を進めている他、日本に所属するメンバーの半数も外国籍人材であり、ダイバーシティに富んだ環境です。少数精鋭組織であるため経営層との距離が近く、フラットな風土も特徴の一つです。

■職務内容
弊社全体の情報セキュリティに関わり、下記の複数領域をご担当頂きます。
・全社情報セキュリティ管理体制の構築
・情報セキュリティに関するルールやガイドラインの策定
・情報セキュリティ意識向上のためのトレーニングの企画・実行
・業務部門での業務プロセス設計・構築の支援
・機密情報の取り扱いを委託するお取引先様における情報管理能力に対する評価及び必要な改善対応策の立案・完了までの進捗確認
・内部不正リスクの対応策の立案・実行及び様々な部署と協働した事案への対処
・全社セキュリティプロジェクトの推進
・上記施策の各事業国・ブランド展開
・その他会社が要請する情報セキュリティ関連業務
※職務内容は、部署異動及び組織変更により、本部各部署に関連する業務の範囲で変更となる場合があります。

■Position Background
The Fast Retailing Group is transforming itself into a "Digital Consumer Retail Company" that is beyond the framework of a conventional retailer, aiming to enrich people's lives by providing "LifeWear" to customers around the world. As the world is undergoing a rapid transformation due to COVID-19 and digitalization, the Information Security Office has a mission to protect information of our customers, as well as all confidential information within our company, and to provide a secure environment to support business growth.

In order to achieve this mission, it is necessary to become deeply involved with the operations of each business country / brand / department, and build an effective, efficient, and easy-to-understand security framework for everyone. This position is looking for a person who can lead the enhancement of information security governance by checking the site, actuality, and reality of the operations, and planning and immediately implementing necessary actions.

■About Information Security Office (ISO)
The Information Security Office (ISO) is an organization under the direct control of our CSO with the mission of "changing security, creating a safe shopping environment for customers around the world, and providing a safe work environment for employees”. As the global headquarters, we work closely with local ISO organizations overseas, and half the members in Japan are foreign nationals, creating an environment rich in diversity. The small number of members allows for a close relationship with top management, and the flat culture is also one of the characteristics.

■Responsibilities
For the position of Information Security - Governance, you will be involved on information security matters across Fast Retailing Group globally, and will be responsible for the following areas:
・Construction of information security management system
・Establish of rules and guidelines
・Training to raise information security awareness
・Support business process design to embed security controls within business operation
・Conducting vendor assessments which handle our confidential information and defining the required countermeasures. Confirmation of the progress status until its completion
・Planning and implementation of measures to mitigate internal threat risks and handling of incidents in collaboration with various departments
・Promoting a company-level security project
・Implementation of the above items to all brands globally
・Other information security related works requested by the Company
Since you will be often involved in operations as the right-hand person of the CSO, you have many opportunities to report directly to the CSO.
※The duties may be changed within the scope of work related to the headquarters department as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

■Minimum Qualifications
・Analytical ability to calculate material risks from a business perspective and encourage the stakeholders to make effective improvements
・Ability in communication and negotiation to explain in appropriate and easy-to-understand expressions for the target audience
・Smooth communication skills in English (TOEIC 800, verbal, written, presentation)
・Smooth communication skills in Japanese(JLPT N1 Level is preferred)

■Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in any of the governance-related work described in the above "Job Description"
・Information security related qualifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.)
・Knowledge in the retail business industry
