フロントエンド開発基盤となるデザインシステムの設計とコンポーネントデザイン、またそれらを包括する顧客視点で最適なユーザビリティを実現する UI/UX デザインレギュレーションも作成いただきます。ファーストリテイリング の DNA を落とし込んだデジタルプロダクトにおけるデザイン原則に沿い、ビジュアルデザインの専門性、情報設計力、顧客視点のインタラクションデザイン能力を活かし、最高のユーザエクスペリエンスをデザインしていただきます。

■配属部署について
配属予定の「グローバルデジタルコマース部」は、日本のみならず、グローバルでのEC事業も管轄しており、商売計画、開発、WEBマーケティングなど、ECに関するすべてを担っています。ファーストリテイリンググループの各ブランドのチームメンバーとも共同して、デジタルを活用した、店舗とECをシームレスに跨いだあるべき購買体験を作っていきます。

■職務内容
UIUX Design チームに所属いただき、デザイナーと共にユニクロ EC サイトの事業基盤となる Design System を開発運用していただきます。
・グローバル標準 EC プラットフォームの運用、拡張
・React での U/UX Designer と協業したフロントエンド開発
・複数案件を、海外開発ベンダーとやりとりし円滑に遂行するためのブリッジ役
・複数リージョン・ブランド運用に対応する Design System 基盤設計
・UIUX Developer の業務全体を管理、牽引

■Recruitment background
We are looking for a specialist to design Fast Retailing Group brand EC sites, including UNIQLO and GU. You will be responsible for creating the design system plan that will form the foundation for front-end development, the design of the components, as well as the related UI/UX design regulations to achieve optimal usability from a customer perspective. While adhering to design principles for digital products that incorporate Fast Retailing’s DNA, you will design the best user experience by leveraging your visual design expertise, information design skills, and user-orientated interactive design capabilities.

■Department you will be assigned to
The Global Digital Commerce Department, to which you will be assigned, is responsible for all aspects of e-commerce, including the control of the EC business not only in Japan but worldwide, business planning, development, and web marketing. Working in collaboration with team members from each Fast Retailing Group brand, you will create the ideal purchasing experience that seamlessly blends stores and EC utilizing digital technology.

■Responsibilities
You will join the UI/UX design team, and work with designers to develop and operate the design system that will serve as the business foundation for the UNIQLO EC site.
・Operate and expand the global standard EC platform
・Front-end development in collaboration with U/UX designers using React
・Smoothly execute multiple products by serving as a bridge in interactions with development vendors overseas
・Plan design system infrastructure for multi-region and multi-brand operations
・Manage and lead all tasks of UI/UX developers

In addition to aiming to become a Team Manager or Dev-Lead by developing expertise in a specific area, there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other teams depending on your ability, aptitude, and motivation. ■必要な経験・スキル・能力
・日本語及び英語でのフロントエンド開発経験
・2年以上の React / TypeScript を用いたフロントエンド開発経験
・モバイルアプリ、Web サービスなどデジタル領域でのプロダクト立ち上げ・運営経験

■歓迎する経験・スキル・能力
・Design System の構築及び運用経験
・ワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイピング等の制作。またそれを用いたユーザーテスト、品質評価
・Sketch、Figma、Adobe Creative Suite 等デザインツールの利用スキル

■Required experience, skills, and abilities
・Experience with front-end development in both Japanese and English
・2+ years of experience with front-end development using React/TypeScript
・Experience with launching and managing products in the digital domain such as mobile apps and web services

■Preferred experience, skills, and abilities
・Experience with building and operating design systems
・Experience with wireframing and prototyping, etc. In addition, user testing and quality evaluation using those tools
・Skillful at using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

・Annual salary: JPY 7.2 million - 11.5 million (Monthly Basic Salary: JPY 450,000 - JPY 640,000)

・Bonus: biannual bonus (April and October), profit sharing bonus (to be determined whether to be paid and amounts based on the company's results and the individual performance evaluations)
