■募集背景

■部署概要
配属予定の情報セキュリティ室は、「セキュリティを変え、世界中のお客様に安心してお買い物をして頂ける環境を作り、従業員に安全に業務を遂行できる環境を提供すること」をミッションとするCSO直轄組織です。グローバルヘッドクオーターとして海外現地のISO組織とも密に連携しながら業務を進めている他、日本に所属するメンバーの半数も外国籍人材であり、ダイバーシティに富んだ環境です。少数精鋭組織であるため経営層との距離が近く、フラットな風土も特徴の一つです。

■職務内容
「服の領域で社会を支えるインフラになる」ことを目指すFRグループの中でも、グローバルで加速度的に成長するEC事業をサイバーセキュリティ対策の側面から支援します。グローバルで50を超えるオンラインサイト、3,500を超える店舗網を対象とする、全世界で統一されたセキュリティコントロールの導入、運用のリードと共に、セキュリティ監視を通じた継続的な改善を行い、世界中のお客様に安心してご利用いただけるシステムの維持に努めます。

以下の中から複数の領域を担当いただきます。
・Webサイトセキュリティ基盤(WAF/DDoS)の導入、運用管理
・Bot対策ソリューションの導入、運用管理
・ログ監視基盤(SIEM)の運用、監視コンテンツの開発
・セキュリティ監視業務(不正ログイン、不正購買)
・インシデント対応業務
・セキュリティ診断
・その他、会社のリスク管理のための情報セキュリティ関連業務

■Position Background
All employees in the Fast Retailing Group (FR Group) are working together to transform its e-commerce business into a primary source of revenue. In addition to the "growth strategy" including new services development, the "defensive strategy" such as creating an environment in which "customers can shop with peace of mind" is also important. We are looking for an IT Security Specialist (Commerce) who will be responsible for promoting cyber security measures from this “defensive strategy.”

■About Information Security Office (ISO)
The Information Security Office (ISO) is an organization under the direct control of our CSO with the mission of "changing security, creating a safe shopping environment for customers around the world, and providing a safe work environment for employees”. As the global headquarters, we work closely with local ISO organizations overseas, and half the members in Japan are foreign nationals, creating an environment rich in diversity. The small number of members allows for a close relationship with top management, and the flat culture is also one of the characteristics.

■Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the global growth of the EC business through cyber security measures by leading the implementation and operation of worldwide-unified security controls for our global network of 50+ online stores and 3,500+ real stores, and continuous improvement through security monitoring to maintain a secure system for all customers around the world.

As an IT Security Specialist, you will engage in several areas from the following jobs.
・Design, implement and perform day to day operations of security services and systems such as web application firewall, DDoS protection, Bot protection, SIEM, etc
・Security and Fraud monitoring with triage and response by executing initial response activities to security alerts, including escalation when needed to other related teams.
・Security incident handling
・Security scan, penetration testing
・Performs other duties as assigned.

・サイバーセキュリティの脅威や脆弱性動向に関する情報収集、分析能力
・PCI DSSやGDPR等のコンプライアンス要件の理解
・情報セキュリティ関連の資格(CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS GIAC 等)

■Minimum Qualifications
・Empathy with Corporate Philosophy in Fast Retailing (ref.: FRWAY)
・Ability to take initiative to find out issues, actively involving others and resolve the issues with attention to details
・Communication ability to promote business by communicating, consensus building, and adjusting interests with a wide variety of people with different roles, positions, and ways of thinking.
・Design,develop or administrer IT systems. (+3 years hands on experience is required)
・Business level English or Japanese (TOEIC 800 /JLPT N1, verbal, written, presentation)

■Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in any of the work described in the "Job Description"
・Understanding and ability of risk analysis for cyber threats
・Basic knowledge of security/privacy compliance such as PCI DSS, GDPR
・Appropriate technical and/or security certifications preferred. (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS, GIAC, etc.)

■就業時間
フレックスタイム制、または管理監督者
・フレックスタイム制：1日の標準労働時間8時間、休憩1時間、コアタイム9:00〜14:00、フレキシブルタイム6:00〜9:00、14:00〜20:00、時間外労働あり
・管理監督者：所属部署の就業時間帯を基本とし、社員の決定に委ねる
