Job Description
■ Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group is a global company aiming to achieve sales of 10 trillion yen, and the Planning & Control Department is an indispensable part of the group.
We are looking for a candidate to lead the finance team, who will not only play the role of a safe keeper of the world's businesses, but will also consider the profit structure of the entire company and proactively lead the discovery and resolution of management issues.
■ Department Overview:
The Finance team is responsible for maximizing cash flow and ensuring that Fast Retailing meets its obligations by understanding global financial markets and regulations, as well as the finance operations of the Fast Retailing Group. The team also aims to build a solid financial foundation to support corporate growth by anticipating financial risks, taking countermeasures, and optimizing fund management and procurement.
■ Job Description:
The Treasury Team is responsible for a wide variety of roles, including yen and foreign currency payment operations, foreign exchange risk hedging, cash management in multiple currencies, screening of business partners, import/export settlement of goods, and establishment of trade flows in new countries.
The team also handles various day-to-day financial transactions, including collaboration with banks, securities firms, and other financial institutions, settlement, fund management and procurement, and foreign exchange transactions. As the global headquarters, we are also responsible for formulating internal control policies and monitoring and guiding the execution of those policies.
These tasks are divided among several teams, and you will lead the discovery and resolution of management issues by managing and collaborating with global members based on your aptitude in the selection process.

Career Path

Annual salary range: 11.7-18.54 million yen (monthly salary: 650,000-1.03 million yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
